Love knowing that I can call in at any time of the day to get an issue checked when having problems. I regularly check that everything is up to date, temporary files are removed, or to check for any threats. I absolutely love feeling confident knowing that I will always be taken care of.

A best buy rep told me that with my best buy protection plan coinsides with the manufacturer warranty so if I buy two yrs protection and I have 1 yr manufacturer I have three years total and I can bring it in to best buy the entire time and they'll take care of neccessary communication with the corporation of the protected product.

Depending on the item my husband and I always get the extra protection especially if it’s a wear and tear item and know it has potential to break or wear out quicker than usual. I also like that you go directly back to bestbuy and don’t have to deal with the MFG of the item!

I purchased a protection plan for a steam cleaner. The cleaner stopped working, so I took it back to the store. I was given a store credit to purchase another steam cleaner without any hassle. It took me longer to get the cleaner in the car than it did to so the return!

everytime i buy an item at bestbuy make sure to get the geek squad protecction, I had have vacuum and a few electronics that have break while being cover with this prottection and i just take the item and have exchange, nothing better that seeing your money works, is painless and quick for just a fraction of the cost when you buy it

Great worth the money every time you buy anything no mather the size

When my tv suddenly went on the fritz after 2 years, I took it in to Best Buy for repair. When it could not be repaired, this coverage afforded me a brand new tv even better than the one I brought in for repair. What a great surprise. For just a few extra bucks I felt like I was the one who got the better end of this deal.

Absolute best. Our Bissel Carpet cleaner bit the dust and it was such and easy trade out rk get a new one since ours was not fixable.

I almost always buy service / protection plans on big ticket items. We live in a disposable society and everything is made to break or is made of weak plastics. 9/10 times I have used the service plans to the point where they have paid for themselves in triplicate. If I don't happen to use one of the plans, no big loss

Love the Geek Squad. My floor cleaner was not working properly so I called and dropped it off. Have to love the 4 year protection because noting is made to last anymore. The protection cover is a must with anything with moving parts.

Anything that you plug into a wall or you can charge or you use batteries with and you buy it from BestBuy get there Geek Squad coverage because if you don't and something happens you're going to be paying through the nose so you might as well spend that a few extra bucks to get it and keep your peace of mind trust me

I've leveraged Geek Squad 2 yr protection on multiple appliances. Unfortunately, it just seems that the Manufacturing of units isn't what it use to be and as such the need for peace of mind for a big purchase to not have issues is worth the cost.

No issues with replacements when needed. This is the way a warranty should work. I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.

Geek refunded my entire purchase price after 2.4 years on my Dyson V10 Stick Vacuum. I ended up purchasing a Shark Corded Duo clean vacuum for $199 and used the balance of my refund for Christmas Gifts

Don’t leave with out one. You always hear they are too expensive but going to a local store for service better than mailing to the manufacturer on your dime. If they deemed the product is flawed they might rembruise shipping cost.

it is worth the plan, if you see what any average service place charges to just look at your device to diagnose a problem can cost a bit, then they find the problem and then charge you to fix it plus parts. geek squad usually covers all parts and service. one time charge at register.
