The Geek Squad has had to help me at least with every computer product I have purchased. So over time It is a Great Value and I wouldn't consider buying any technology product without the added protection.

For the price point it would be stupid not to purchase this! The customer tech told me that no matter what happens to the vacuum I bought it with that I bring it back and it gets replaced free of charge. For an item that can be a pain and break down it's a great investment!

I always make my bigger electronic purchases at Best Buy becuase if their squad protection plan. In my opinion Best Buy has one of the best protection plans. I been making purchase at Best Buy for the past 15 years.

Lets face it, anything can happen we all know that, I'm reminded everyday at work because I'm in insurance. The way I see it a few extra dollars on a warranty or geek squad is worth the peace of mind.

I always get Geek Squad protection on all my appliances. I've had to have computers fixed and eventually replaced. They provided great service and ensuring I don't loose my money on a purchase even if it breaks.

Purchased this on a router that quit working after a year, So I brought it back to BestBuy and no problems refund only because the router was not available anymore. purchased a new one and bought the protection with it as well. great job Geek Squad

The folks here set up my new laptop and worked on my old one to see if the content could be retrieved after a crash. Unfortunately it could not be retrieved but they were very helpful regarding options.

Love this Geek Squad Protection, had to bring one of the purchased products and they didn’t even ask me what’s wrong with it, just brought me the new item out.

This plan is a saver. We had issues with vacuum cleaners and had to return them after the manufacturer warranty expired. The price is not lowest one but it works and safes money.

Always great to get this service. If a product breaks you are covered. I get this for anything i buy. I had a product break and i just returned it and got a brand new one. Can not beat it for the price

LOVE GEEK SQUAD! I've had the Geek Squad protection on other items I have purchased in the past, and in the couple of instances where the product became defective or stopped working, I've had NO problems returning the items and even got newer model(s)

I have been purchasing Geek Squad protection plans for all of my major purchases ever since I started doing business with Best Buy over 20 yiears ago. They really deliver great service and don't put you through the ringer trying to get out of their commitment.

This vac is easy to assemble out of the box. My wife loves the tilt feature, and taking the canister off is a breeze and makes short work in tight spots. We love the tools that come with the vac, and our only recommendation is for a longer cord.

I purchase this on a piece of equipment and I will say that Best Buy stands by their product when it is outside the manufacturers warranty and this is one reason that I usually purchase their plans.

Ive been using Geek Squad Services for years, Its even on the laptop im typing this review on! I have used the warranty many times and have never had issues the associates there are so knowledgeable in every area its just a all around great experience!

Had to return a steamer that had mechanical issues. I have purchased a extended warranty and there were no questions asked and the staff handled your return and credit without a fuss. I would recommend extended warranty plans without hesitation

So although I don’t buy plans on everything I buy, I do when it comes to things I use often such as appliances. Best Buy has always taken great care of me when I’ve ever needed to return/replace or exchange and I’m very happy with them.

I have not had to use my 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, but I typically always get this, and when I have had to use it, they have been great!

As long as the geek squad warranty states they cover it, they do! As far as the servicing goes I’ve only had a car audio installation. The dude was kind and knowledgeable

Best Buy honored my extended warranty on my vacuum after over 2-yrs, and just exchanged it for a new one... wow! Also, they have been great on my FitBit, and all computer equipment we have ever bought. I wouldn't by these type of items anywhere else.
