Even though shark has a 5 year guarantee it’s just such a bigger hastle to have to ship your vacuum back and then be without a vacuum. This way if something goes wrong you can go to Best Buy and have it taken care of right away. I would recommend geek squad protection on any major purchase through Best Buy. If for some reason something goes wrong it’s better to be safe then sorry.

If you get a defective product this warranty replaces the equipment t with no questions asked, better than most warranties. Recommended

This was really a must have product. You never know when you might get the one that has an issue and this really helps to cover the issues!

Hopefully I won't need to use this extra product protection but it is comforting to know that the geek squad will be there if I need them. I've never had a complaint about them so far.
