This the best protection I ever found and very pleased with it. They stand behind the word and protection plan, Had to use it several time and they swapped it out or fix the item.

I am happy that I purchased the Geek Squad Protection package. I have the added assurance that if anything happens with the vacuum, Geek Squad will take of it as soon as possible.

Even though shark has a 5 year guarantee it’s just such a bigger hastle to have to ship your vacuum back and then be without a vacuum. This way if something goes wrong you can go to Best Buy and have it taken care of right away. I would recommend geek squad protection on any major purchase through Best Buy. If for some reason something goes wrong it’s better to be safe then sorry.
