It’s a great little fridge/freezer combo. Keeps things really cool. You can’t put anything in the very back of the fridge part or it will freeze. Even though ours was boxed extremely well, it came with several dents. We kept it because it was hard enough getting it up two stories. Other than those issues it works great. Nice buy

Highly recommend man geek squad they will come out and fix it

Compact unit that performs well and looks good. This ice maker does makes some notable noise while running and could be a factor where you place it. Makes ice faster than our Monogram refrigerator. We are running it 24 x 7 and using RO water. Ice pellets are nice and crunchy. WiFi capable with simple APP. Purchased the Geek Squad service to have 5 year of worry free service.

Geek squad it’s nice to have, but I haven’t had much chance to use them. I suppose if it was more technical, they would be a better help but I’ve haven’t had them help me with any issues cause I haven’t had any issues.

Very nice refrigerator... tried open box one first but had issues with it. Went back determined this one suited our needs best

The Opal worked well for two years and then died. Fortunately, before I bought it I had read reviews and learned that it was prone to failure so I got the four-year warranty. It broke down two years and two months after we got it. We cleaned it regularly, use the additional filter, and only ran it with distilled water. It definitely requires a lot of TLC, but it's worth it while it's working. We do love ours, but make sure to buy the four-year warranty and remember to do all the recommended maintenance. Geek Squad refunded our money and we just purchased another Opal 2.0.

This plan gives me a piece of mind that if I have an issue - i should be able to get it resolved easier than having to deal with the mfg.

This Insignia (best buy brand) "Can Cooler" replaced an older Mini-Fridge that was being used for the same purpose, but much less efficient due to the shape and design of it. The Can Cooler can still be multi-purposed to chill things besides cans by simply adjusting the shelf heights. Overall it works very nice, it's stylish, but it has some quirks: 1) The LED Light is either ON or OFF. You can't set it to turn on only when it opens (like a normal refrigerator).. If it's ON, it's always on, if it's off, it's always off. This is an issue because of the glass front which makes it act as a nightlight if you turn the light on.. or makes it impossible to see what you're taking out in the dark if it's off. 2) There's no way this holds 115 cans. Maybe if you're counting 8 Oz. slim red bull style cans, but not normal 12 Oz. cans. It holds about 20 cans per shelf (minus the bottom shelf, which holds about half of that). 3) Anything other than a normal can height will be hard to accommodate. The very bottom shelf can hold larger cans (16 oz/energy drink size), but any types of water bottles or glass bottles will probably need to be stacked like a pyramid instead of standing up straight.

I had purchased the refrigerator and the 5 year Geek Squad protection. Within the first 6 months the refrigerator had to be replaced. I did not get a new 5 year plan or 4.5 year plan with the new refrigerator that I paid for. I was not informed that the plan was replaced by the "NEW" 4 year plan. Yes it is good coverage, but that is not what I paid money for, I lost 6 months of the original service plan. This plan has covered 6 repairs and replacements to this refrigerators ice maker and they were willing to help me with the information to have the item repaired by Samsung. My lesson, never assume and ask every question that comes to mind.

Started out as a very good ice maker, makes ice really quickly. We purchased this unit back in January but since then it has gotten noisier and noisier while making ice.it still works great, it’s just annoying to use due to the noise.

Is definitely up there in the 4.7 range. Freezes extremely quick, and can hold its temperature really well. Currently reviewing this product a month after purchase and I can safely say that this was a wise investment for future to come. Will be giving an update later down the line if something does happen though!

Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because it stopped working maybe a year after and I couldn't replace it or get it fixed so I was able to get a refund. Otherwise I loved it!

Great experience and service. Very happy with it. I got same feedback from others as well but when I got the service, I realized same.

I have needed this service several times for the ice machine. I believe its worth having when you have a problem with the product. Since you never know if there will be an issue, i say its better to have it than not.

Cute and works great! The handle is plastic though and if you have rough family members I could see that it may break

So far so good! Though It has trouble staying at a stable temperature. It works for us because we use our milk within the same day. But if you want to store milk for a few days youll need to keep an eye on the temperature and move the dial as needed.

Great little mini fridge. I've had it for over a year and havent had any problems but the shelves are very close together so to get anything of a regular size in it I had to remove one and the drawer is so tiny

Pretty solid fridge I kinda like it I displays the drinks well

Worth the peace of mind, and a decent price to boot!
