Excellent Picture, Sound and Easy Set Up. What is great about Denon is that if by heat it shuts down to protect itself, just unplugged it for 10 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on and continue the party o movie

We had a connection issue with our Sonos play 5s playing in surround sound. Geek squad came out to the house to trouble shoot the issue, even sent a 2nd tech over to help the 1st. Unfortunately they could not resolve the issue, but were very nice and helpful on the next steps in the process to get them replaced since we did have the protection plan. We purchased the plan again for our exchanged new Sonos play 5s, because it will be worth it if something happens to the new ones.

Really easy to return items under warranty.
However if the price goes up on the item, you need to pay the difference on the new replacement. The difference in the price of the Sony headphones was $40.00. They were the exact same pair of headphones.

I was looking for a nice sleek quality record player to add to my existing sound system. I am very impressed with the sound and the quality of this product. I will be purchasing a Tv soon with Insignia!

I currently can't give an honest review on this protection plan because the product that is being covered works just fine.
I will say that Geek Squad always takes care of me whenever I have any issues.

I've been using Geek Squad since it was just Best Buy tech service and I had to drive 30/40 minutes away from my home to get my computer's and things fixed. Now that the Geek Squad is included in almost every single Best Buy store... this was the right choice! Especially when purchasing a home audio receiver. You want to make sure that you have no problems in the foreseeable future. So getting this Best Buy Geek Squad warranty was the best fit for me and at the price- it just made sense (so if anything goes wrong I'll just take it to them and they fix it or replace it).

The geek squad came at the time I was expecting them. They went over my entire audio/visual equipment and hooked them up, including satellite dish receiver! They do it all. I did not need a new TV after all, but did need a new turntable. They install, repair, suggest anything needed. Their service takes the tension out of tech problems. It is totally worth it. A family member used the protection plan on the computer tower in her home.

I love this receiver, it makes my home theater feel worth the small fortune I spent, fantastic interview, phone app, and capabilities! I’m pleased to have the protection too. I don’t want to have to buy another one!
