Had a tv lg up 8000 they glitched a lot fro the t con board

Outstanding guys with great attitudes. Unfortunately they dont always have all the answers. But they sure try. I know its frustrating dealing with mad and upset customers all day. But when you have 5,000 wrapped up in your entertainment system alone and also total home protection you would expect the products to work as described. Guess you have to take the good with the bad. Still waiting for my samsung Q60 75" to work properly after the main board and the panel has been replaced. Going on a month now....

I hope this will still work when the zombie apocalypse is upon us.

Havent had to use it but piece of mind knowing it there

Always want to add protection plan to all my electronics it’s give me a piece of mind. Haven’t had to use it in a while but when I did they were able to replace my electronic with no hassle.

I have owned many receivers over the years. This is the best one yet. This is still working at optimum level and it is going on 6 years old.

I have con ert speakers sound like a concert in home

This was great because I had an sub woofer with is protection package on it. All i had to do was make and appointment and drop it off at geek squad and everything was taken care of. I was great customer service. Just a head up make sure you also make an appointment to pick your product up, I didn't know that and people who had appointments had priority over me so I was stuck in the store waiting for a bit.

I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game or fix a game.

As a long-time Best Buy customer who has also purchased warranty plans from other retailers, the Geek Squad plans are the most hassle free and convenient. Instead of dealing with 800 or online reps, I simply bring the defective item into a Best Buy and the problem is most on often handled immediately.

My husband had been looking for a receiver for a while , we got this one in special and he says he found the right one and at a better price.

I have not had to use the geek squad, but I am glad they are here if I need them.

Purchased the Sony headphones and they are fantastic. I know they only cost $100.00, but I worked for years selling electronics and it's worth $20 to see they continue to work great for the next 4 years. I have not had to use my extended warranty on everything I've ever purchased but it is so much more convenient and pays for itself when you do use it. I definitely recommend extended warranties.

I don’t recommend doing any expensive purchases without the coverage, it could save you a lot of money if the product malfunctions after the factory warranty expires.

I know a lot of people think these plans are scam but I actually had a TV go out and I have three months left on a 3-year plan and I got a new QLED TV out of it. So I purchase a plan with just about all my big purchases.

Recommended for use in a 5.1 surround setup for home theater rather than an audio editing setup.
