I love this protection Plan. We have had to use it twice and it’s the best thing. It lets us exchange in an easy way and people are so nice.

I didn’t realize how well this coverage works. Allowed us to return fault equipment after a year.

I’m so glad I bought the Echo Show 21. It was a great addition to our kitchen. I love that everything I need is right at my fingertips. The Echo Show 21 does not disappoint!

I purchased it for my icemaker, glad I did. But, I still had to use the manufacturer's warranty first when it broke down after 6 months. After receiving the new one from the factory, it lasted 4 months. I would think that an expensive ice maker would last longer.
I took it back to Best Buy and used my protection plan. It was well worth it. I received a full refund for the ice maker because they couldn't replace or repair it.

Can you give 10 stars cause 5 isn't enough.
Literally, cannot overstate this enough to anyone who will listen. Yes, the manufacturer's warranty is nice and everything. But generally speaking, they cover little to nothing. Also, good luck with the hassle of communicating and shipping the item with any kind of efficiency. By the time you finally get back your "warrantied" item, you've already found a replacement or bought newer tech.
Now, if you are anything like me and you want customer service. Go with the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Please take 3 to 5 minutes and hear me out in this review.
You walk in with your item. Some stores slap a sticker on the item as you walk in... Some just politely point you in the direction of their customer service section of the store. You wait in line for at the most 10 to 15 minutes as they push through there customers with the utmost care and efficiency. Seriously, I am a customer service stickler and they consistently hit the mark for me or impress in that department time and time again. You then proceed to bring your item to a generally very polite... very knowledgeable... BestBuy representative. They politely ask for some basic information and what went wrong with your item... Ratatattat on the keyboard... Thank you, sir or ma'am go ahead and find a replacement OR and this is the best part. OR they give you the option to choose another brand of your liking. Do you know how many times I've bought an electronic for it to just malfunction after less than 2 months or even worse 7 months and that manufacturer's warranty only covers... You guessed it ... 6 months. I swear, these manufacturers time the longevity of their product to die precisely after the warranty is over.
I wouldn't advise buying the protection plan on every single product as there are some products with a decent manufacturers warranty. But, take a second and think about buying this far better protection plan that covers EVERYTHING. Not only does it cover your product, but will replace it immediately when you return it... No questions asked.
All in all, to be completely honest, the GeekSquad Protection Plan on top of the outstanding customer service is why I continue to purchase my electronic products through BestBuy and will continue to do so. I applaud both companies and thank any representative that I come across while shopping there. Thanks again and keep up the good work... You've got a lifetime customer in me.

This is a really good product. We have three cats and two are Maine Coons and one of those is quite large. The vessel wasn’t tall enough for him and he wasn’t comfortable in it so didn’t use it and did his biz elsewhere so we returned it. The customer service from Litter Robot was great and the app worked well. Two of the three cats were fine with it, just the one ultimately was not. It wasn’t a problem with the unit so still receiving 5 stars. I would still recommend.

The Geek Squad Protection comes in handy for electronics that one would expect to have greater than a one-year life span. It is easy to take any defective item that is covered back.

Best Warranty thats around for electronics. I would never buy electronics without warranty from bestbuy. You never know when something will break. They will honor it.

I had a very positive experience with Geek Squad when they repaired my laptop last year. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it running like new again. Excellent service and communication throughout.
