I always buy the Geek Squad coverage with most items I buy from Best Buy. I know they always save my information in their computer without my receipt. They are very pleasant and always try their best to fix or replace the product.

I've had great service from Geek Squad. They make is sooooo easy to resolve problems. I've had IT guys but they never could seem to resolve my problems or either they created other issues. Geek Squad is a must and it's affordable.

In the past I’m not very happy with your warranties . They were amazing until you kept changing the program? Now it’s impossible to look me up? I had to dig into my emails to find my own warrenty a few weeks ago

Alot of ppl say DON'T bother buying the Geek Squad. I can HONESTLY say that we always DO purchase this protection...WHY? if you have the $ to do so...DO IT, probably 6/10 times it has paid for itself!!

I bought warranty because it turned out to be $10 a year for 4 years. Hazing $40 for 4 years is a lot better than paying for a new microwave and we all know that our products don't always last as long as we'd like.

It's offered at checkout and it is reasonable if for any reason your product does not work they will replace it. If the product is no longer available they will give you one that's compatible. You can never be to safe.

the extended warranty is great for peace of mind. I had to deal directly with LG on another Appliance and was not happy. with Geek Squad Protection I do not have to deal with the manufacturer and that is a blessings.

We purchased an extended warrantee like this on a microwave three years ago. I'm so glad we did. When it died, Best Buy made an even exchange on the spot. No hassles.

Over the years I have had unfortunately had to use their expertise. They were always understanding that I was not a very computer savvy They have been able to recover things I thought I had lost.

Nobody likes their appliances to go south. So, this seemed to be a very reasonable way to have 4 years of peace of mind. Have not had to use it yet, but it is there if I ever do.

With all the electronics involved it made sense to purchase extended warranty in case a cooked food item burned or the microwave element over heated. Worth the investment. Everything covered

I'm glad I purchased the 2-year protection plan on my last microwave because it quit working after a year and a half. I was able to exchange it for a brand new microwave without any trouble.

GSP has saved me so much hassle. I can't tell you the amount of times that it has bailed me out. Yeah I don't use it with every item but I love the value GSP offers me and my family.

I used Best Buy's warranty in the past for a few items and usually better than dealing with the manufacturer. If you want peace of mind then get the extra coverage.

Love the Best Buy insurance. Any little thing take your product and they will handle it. If it's defective, they send it to see what they issue is. They fix it or give you a brand new one.

I purchase the plan with my microwave. It's a must have purchase through my experience. It not only extends the warranty, but also provides the best guarantee when the appliance stops working

I bought the 4 year protection plan with my previous microwave, and that's how I was able to get my new one :) old one failed so I got the new one for practically free.

These plans have saved my investment in Best Buy merchandise multiple times over the years. Well worth the money and the replacement process has been painless every time.

I call regularly to "clean up" my laptop and it is good to know the store is a mile away. I have taken things in and everything is handled quickly with good advice
