Good product and pretty durable until the blades start to damage the inside of the blender.

Best Buy provided a quick and easy replacement. Very happy!!!! We've purchased protection from other (not Best Buy) businesses, but even with the original sales slips they refused to honor the agreement...but Best Buy DID honor the warranty with no questions. Very happy!

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

If you make an appointment, the process of getting help is so convenient. Great service, I think. I used to try and support my local store but I have to admit in this case, I prefer the longer hours of using Best Buy for tech assistance.

The service is a good thing to have. We have used it and definitly got our moneys worth. You call they come quickly and you have no bill. They can install appliances faster than you can.

Always had great luck with Best Buys protection plans. My only complaint was with my PC where it had to be sent it and waiting to get it back, I wasn't comfortable with this and therefore returned the computer. But I've had good luck with this on other items.

Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't spend money on extended warranties and protection plans. Then again, it's better to have and not need than need and not have. Best buy has always been great at honoring any protection plan I've purchased if needed.

The Roku Ultra brings the best of both (wireless/streaming and wired media) worlds. The Dolby Atmos/Vision image and audio quality are fantastic, as long as you have a capable TV and soundbar/audio system.
