- Great sound. - Fast app response (Amazon, Netflix). - Bluetooth mode is useful for playing music from a mobile device. - DLNA video support is NOT so good: limited A/V CODEC combination support, doesn't show video thumbnails from Twonky Server (WD MyCloud for example), date of files is not displayed correctly (all video files are displayed as modified on Jan.01.1970). - VIDEOS interface crashes / freezes often requiring a reboot of system. - I have been using this device for almost 2 months now and have the latest available firmware installed on it.

After reading some reviews, I decided to buy this system. I was amazed how easy it was to set up. Had it set up in half an hour. The sound is great. Sounds like you're in a theater. If you're looking for a system at a great price, this is the system for you.

After a failed purchase of a Sony sound bar, I returned to the store and searched for a more powerful home theater system. I found this Samsung with wireless surround speakers (nice touch) and 1000 watts of power. The sound makes you feel like if you were at the movie theater, the bass is great and the design is awesome with a glossy finish. As all newer models they are ARC capable meaning your home theater will sync with your smart tv. Love this product so far.

From the time I unpacked the system to the time I was using it was about 30 minutes. Way easier than previous systems I have used. Picture and sound quality is very good. I like that the player remembers where in the movie I was when I put the disk back in.

I own an older version of this system from five years ago, so I knew what I was getting into with this system. I was looking to retire that system to the bedroom and get something to replace it, but I didn't want to deal with running speaker wire to rear speakers. This unit meets those needs well. Pros: Wireless rear speakers Good sound for the type of unit and cost Bluetooth Cons: Cheap looking remote, compared with older model Clunky menu I had to boost the levels on the passive sub, but after doing so it sounds good

Can't beat it for the price. I have this system in a fairly small room and it's perfect for the setup I'm going for.

Loved the ease of installing. It works great with our 48" Samsung smart TV. The only thing that would make it better is a wall mount for the rear receiver. Otherwise, this is a great product and sounds great with our new James Bond Collection.

I gave this 4 stars because of the remote. Small and confusing. I have an old Samsung which I ❤️. The old model from 2010 is much better. It’s confusing because it is very different from my old model. This system has nice sound quality but the screen setup is different from my old one. I’m still getting use to it. I bought this over the new bar system that they have out. I’ve only seen up to 300 watts. I love the surround sound quality. I will take 1000 watts any day.

I have several small bluetooth compatible speakers around the house so that was not a "must-have" when buying the system, but now that I have it I rarely use my other speakers. I love that I am able to wake up this system without the remote to play music from my iPhone (when I connect via bluetooth settings from my phone the sound system turns on). The installation was super easy and I have the rear speakers placed on a cabinet behind my couch (line of sight is not necessary for the rear speaker to connect with the main unit). And the sound quality (most importantly) is AWESOME. I'm glad I spend a little extra and didn't settle with a sound bar.

Excellent system without spending a fortune. Simple install and operation. Would have given 5 stars if control panel was lit.

The system is easy to install, The speaker sound good. I like that I can put the rear speakers anywhere with no wires. The Blu-ray player acting almost like a Roku works really well apps are easy to access. Very good buy for the price

i purchased the previous model of this last year and it was stolen in February when my house was broken into, I liked it so much I bought the upgraded one. While I like this one and the connection to the wifi is MUCH better, I don't know if I'm missing the setting but the rear speakers rarely come on and from what I read they only come on for like special sound effects, I like my rear speakers on at all times. My BF was concerned there wouldn't be enough boom, he was pleasantly surprised.

For an out of the box system, this is great. It's simple and easy to hook up. The sound is full and clear. Of course, this doesn't compare to an individually pieced together system; but for the price and simplicity, its great.

My mom and I got this for my step-dad as a father's day gift and an anniversary gift. He loves it because he's able to listen to his basketball, baseball, and ESPN channel on surround sound. Even though ESPN was on the TV at random hours of the day, now it's on ALL the time and my mom and I put up with it since it makes him happy. It works great as a Blu-Ray player as well and the sound of Disney's Frozen coming out with my niece and nephew really sounds great. The radio is ok, we don't use it often, but when we do use it, so far it hasn't given us any problems and sounds clear instead of searching for a signal.

This system is very good. A few things to know. The back speakers are not exactly wireless and I could not get th HDMI ARC to work with my LG TV. Using an optical cable works fine. Some reviews complain that the back speakers won't work. If this happen, just read the manual. The advice it gives works.

Best Buy does not sell an amplified FM antenna that will plug into this system; the one they sell has a plug too fat to fit when the RCA or digital optical cable is plugged in even though the Best Buy guru picked it out, suggested it, took it back past the 15 days and could only get a gift card, no refund available. But, the sound system is OK, works best with the optic cable even though it is not "suggested". The manual accompanying it is substandard.

Works great, so far no complaints great sound quality, easy to setup and awesome for netflix.

I liked the ease of set up. I also like the WIFI receiver for the surround speakers. There is less wiring to run through wall or around the perimeter of the room. The sound is great for anyone on a low budget.

It has a great sound, I really like the ability to connect to it via blue tooth with my smartphone. I am very pleased with the ease of install and the wireless rear speakers. Great system!
