Great plan

We've had to use it on our stove and refrigerator. They honored it with no problems. They stand behind their protection plan with no hassles. I Highly Recommend getting a protection plan on any high dollar purchase from them.

Horrible service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When my am dishwasher broke after a week, I called for service. It took forever to get someone out to my house. The repairman came at the wrong times and/or on the wrong days. It was such a problem that they offered me a gift certificate. However, when he finally did make it, he was rude and I cancelled service... It broke again a few weeks later. Will never buy products or service here again
