Purchased this as my Daughter's first tv. She (& me) loves it! Colors are vibrant & 4k! Fast scrolling, not laggy at all, nice & sleek on wall mount. Definitely recommend!

This TV is hands down the best time I have purchased in some time. I upgraded this from an older 1080p Samsung I had. Wow, I can’t believe what a decade of technology makes in a TV. The brightness and clarity of this TV is out of this world and then some. I highly recommend this TV for your next purchase.

My television failed after a year and a half and the protection plan covered everything Great 100% with delivery of the unit to my house. No complaints at all. Great job Best Buy.

I purchased this 40-inch Smart TV for my room. This TV made a difference and I am enjoying it. I never owned a smart TV, and It was an easy set up with all of my registered apps.
I would recommend purchasing if you are on a budget!

Scott was amazing, he showed me things i didn't even know the television could, like it's a on /off button on the television not to mention he programmed both My television's both are have the extended warranty on them...this gentleman went up and beyond to make sure everything worked properly and I was very happy !!!!

As seen in the attached picture. After only ONE year the panels on my 'Samsung - 85" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV' went bad. Geek Squad Protection allowed me to the amount I purchased for the tv in store credit to avoid having to get the same tv. Thank You!

I purchased my TV and literally two weeks later as I was cleaning it, it began to fall forward, I caught it but I put a pressure crack in the screen where my thumb pressed the side of the screen to save it from the fall. It also popped the screen out of the lip on the edge exposing about 2"-3" inside of the TV along the side, and bent as well as I scratched it in a few spots. It all happened within a matter of seconds so I have no idea how it bent and scratched so easily, but it did! There's also an approximate 6L"×2W" dark spot along the side and an approximate 3"L feather like up stroke right below that where the actual crack is; however, the TV still works perfectly fine. I called the Geek Squad and she said without hesitation "It's a complete and total loss, and it would take about as much to replace the screen as the TV cost, and we don't cover accidents." I ultimately called back and canceled my protection plan because after thinking about it, why am I paying for something I can't use? They reimbursed my account and backdated the weeks I've had the TV, providing me the full $130 refund for the protection plan, so at least I'm not at a complete loss, only an $1100 loss. My heart is SO broken!!!

The agents delivered my TV with great concern and care. My family and I set up the tv in our basement's entertainment area. My entire enjoyed the picture quality and size. I love my purchase!

Excelente service very fast and helpful would purchase again in future or definitely intrested in the membership total plus i think its called seems like a great deal as it includes protection plan on purchases which is worth the yearly fee

The Geek Squad can't be beat. Not only do they complete the work scheduled, they also go they extra step of explaining what's going on and make tech suggestions. In fact, a job was completed by a contract service for Best Buy and the Geek Squad had to come out to correct the work that had been done because the camera came down and the solar panel wasn't charging.

We purchased this TV to replace a Samsung 65” that a surge from the cable company had caused our HDMI ports to be blown. We had that moved into another room for streaming, & now we enjoy the larger screen mounted on a very large wall above the fireplace. All was hung & mounted professionally by geek squad.
