The agents installed my TV. quick & were very knowledgeable, but due to health conditions I need them to come back & lower it about another 5-6 inches?

Geek Squad warranty is better than manufacturer's because Best Buy is local and is easily accessed to get tech, repairs, and refund or exchanges. It probably costs less than Sony's warranty. My local Best Buy has knowledgeable and experienced Geek Squad very skilled in facts and hardware setup.

5 years of coverage for less than 50 bucks! Not sure if its priced basednon the cost of the item but im glad i got it. Last tv i had less than 2 years and suddenly would stop working... not this time

Peace of mind! Enough said. Now I know that if something happens to my tv it’ll be covered with people I can trust.

If in doubt don’t go without ! You can always trust the Geek squad. Don’t fret the geek squad is adept ! From installs on any walls you just need to make one call !!! Call I 800 geek squad ❤️❤️

I love the thought of geek squad . I haven’t had to use there service but I have had friends that have use there service and they say it’s awesome

Geek Squad did great. Very knowledgeable, and very polite. Answered all of my questions, and made everything right. They replaced my tv that’s was not working correctly.

Haven’t used yet, so far so good hopefully won’t need to use it in the foreseeable future.

Whenever I have anything electronic that I can’t figure out myself, I use Geek Squad! They always seem to shed light on whatever I’m looking at changing or adding to my plethora of electronics. Great tv love the bright picture and it’s huge we had a 75 inch and this is much bigger We also Bought the warranty of 5 years When I spoke to geek squad they were super helpful!

You need to have coverage outside of items’ extended warranties.

It was good purchase and easy to use !! Definitely recommend
