Protecting value in my purchase .
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Toshiba at the very least is a satisfactory electronics company but it doesn’t have the excellent record of Samsung or LG Electronics. So…to protect myself I got the Geek Squad warranty.

I won't buy my expensive OLED TVs anywhere else. With Best Buy's Geek Squad 5 year warranty, you can completely enjoy your TV worry free, even when it comes to the dreaded burn-in that could happen. For that, I don't shop anywhere else. And did I mention they are hassle free? I had a major issue resolved within just a couple days. Worth every penny! Picture shows my brand new C2 looking flawless after my CX's screen that was covered by Best Buy got burn-in.

The connect with the TV is fast and the remote is very easy to understand. Whats also nice is this is a smart TV with all the applications on there already so you can watch whatever movies you want at any time! This is such a nice TV for the price. I would NOT pass up this deal.

Pioneer tv

I purchased it because I loved the name pioneer. I grew up with pioneer. The price was wonderful and affordable. It was easy to set up. It’s great easy to operate, clear screen, a great sound. Beautiful technology. Thank you pioneer for sticking with the consumer. The name got my purchase. I would like to see more from the older reliable names. Love it!!!

Buy Geek Squad Protection to be Safe

Seems like more and more manufacturers are only standing behind their product for a year after sale. When you buy a $5,000, just get the Best Buy membership to get the additional 2 year warranty, or you can still buy the stand-alone warranty if you aren't a member of Best Buy. I just like that my stuff is auto-covered when I buy things for two years.

The frame and operation to next screen is very fast and user friendly in operation. X setup. This tv is super slim and fits like frame in wall. I will recommend this tv.

Geek Squad deserves a raise!

When they learned that the parts were no longer available, they took down my old tv and put up my new one. They were always prompt, courteous and hard workers. They deserve a raise!

Customer Service / Care Support FAILS GEEKSQUAD!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was on the phone an agent hung up on me I was trying to resolve the fact that out of the three TVs I had with Best Buy once they fixed and resolved one of the TV issues, this led to cancellation of the other two TV warranties abruptly. I had a technician working on the other TV and the Geek Squad technician cannot process the final items because they canceled the warranty abruptly. I have telephoned in to customer service on three separate occasions to ask for this to be resolved. They have told me they have fixed it, but when the technician goes into the system on his hand, he keeps saying that it is canceled. The agent I spoke with today said he sees I calling 6 times for this matter. My problem was supposedly escalated to 2 supervisors and CARE Support which seems not existent. I have requested CARE SUPPORT phone number or email or contact information and Customer Service says they cannot share because there is no information to them. That CARE SUPPORT is internal communications only. I asked for an email of the calls in and tangible evidence as a customer that I have been run into circle after circle being told they will correct this, or they will escalate this and then nothing happens. No call back to you as a customer that we are resolving, it is being resolved, or when they say you must wait 48hrs for the resolve, no confirmation call or email that they have resolved your issue you'ved call in for 6 times about. Terrible Customer Service Process.

IT'S BETTER TO HAVE IT THAN NOT TO HAVE IT!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my TV and literally two weeks later as I was cleaning it, it began to fall forward, I caught it but I put a pressure crack in the screen where my thumb pressed the side of the screen to save it from the fall. It also popped the screen out of the lip on the edge exposing about 2"-3" inside of the TV along the side, and bent as well as I scratched it in a few spots. It all happened within a matter of seconds so I have no idea how it bent and scratched so easily, but it did! There's also an approximate 6L"×2W" dark spot along the side and an approximate 3"L feather like up stroke right below that where the actual crack is; however, the TV still works perfectly fine. I called the Geek Squad and she said without hesitation "It's a complete and total loss, and it would take about as much to replace the screen as the TV cost, and we don't cover accidents." I ultimately called back and canceled my protection plan because after thinking about it, why am I paying for something I can't use? They reimbursed my account and backdated the weeks I've had the TV, providing me the full $130 refund for the protection plan, so at least I'm not at a complete loss, only an $1100 loss. My heart is SO broken!!!

This is beyond the best protection/insurance you can get for any device that you love and want to have around for year. Also if theres an issue with repair or replacement your product purchase value is always remembered & honored

Although the use of the tv remote and application connections are simple to me, they took the time to explain it.
