My microwave stopped working. I called Geek Squad and was easily able to get through to a person. I made a appointment and had a tech come out within a few days. He was polite and professional. He ordered the parts and returned within a week and got it working again. This is a very good service.

Hopefully we will never have to use it, but it's good to know we are protected

I bought this for a new GE oven. Since it was more complex electronically than my old basic 30+ year oven, I figured it was a good idea to get some protection on the oven, mainly because it seems that in today's world the modern appliances don't have the longevity that older appliances did, and if something went wrong with the various electronics of this oven, it would cost far more than this warranty to fix or replace them. To be honest, I don't really expect to have to use this warranty in the 5 year period, but "just in case", I've got a better warranty than the one year warranty offered by GE. Since I got a fantastic discount on a floor model oven, I was able to justify adding on the modest cost of this 5 year warranty. So the idea and cost of the warranty seems a good idea and reasonable cost, I gave it 4 stars. I couldn't assign 5 stars unless I actually had to use the warranty and experience how well the service worked.

The absolute best thing to have on EVERY electronic you own! If it drops, gets wet and stops working, screen cracks, or minor scratches the geek squad is there to help! They are so helpful and know their stuff. They have fixed many computers for us and one we actually got back the cost of it in a gift card to purchase another product. And we absolutely added the Greek protection plan again! I won't purchase anything without it!

I always buy the protection plan on large app you never know when you need it and they are fantastic to work with they fix everything and you are not charged anything

I don't even remember buying this.I'm just leaving the review to hopefully get a four hundred dollar gift certificate.

Purchased this guy during the 4th of July sale and got an unmatched deal. The dishwasher itself cleans great, I use Finish Quantum pods and rarely have anything left on the dishes and I never rinse them ahead of time. The drying can be improved upon, but it’s not like the dishes come out wet. The only thing I don’t like is the way the racks are configured, nothing fits my dishes and I have to bend the prongs to make it work. Lastly, third rack is a game changer and it allows you to wash so much more.

I purchased the 5 year extended Geek Squad service plan because it seems cost effective for all of the protection it provides for our new dishwasher. Have not used it yet but it makes me sleep better at night knowing I have this extended protection.

2 guys delivered. One nice the other guy not so much. The not nice guy was a little destructive to the flooring when pulling out the old range. They did not want to install the tip prevention. Reluctant to level but I insisted. I also had them install the gap cover at the back when they did not want to.

I always get the five year Geek Squad Protection Plan with all the appliances I get. I wait until the item is on sale and then the price paid for this coverage is a wash. I have found Best Buy totally honors this plan and will repair or replace any appliance if needed. Recently I noticed that BB is using a third party delivery and repair company. Not sure why.
