It's an incredible film but yet it's a bitter sweet feeling because it make you feel some type of way.

Your average love story but with a twist at the end

I saw this movie for the first time and didn't laugh as much as I thought I would have.

Very overrated movie and the plot is alright. Don't care much for zooey deschanel

The movie is cute but I felt it was slow. Not a movie I would watch over and over.

I thought I would be laughing through this movie but most of the movie bored me. There were some funny parts but I would never watch it again.

Didn't know what to expect seeing this. I enjoyed the music and actors but it was not for me.

From the opening editor's note to the final scene of the film, I absolutely loved it. Joseph Gordon-Levitt does an amazing job portraying Tom Hansen, an over-emotional love blind guy who falls in love with Summer Finn, played by Zooey Deschanel, a realist who doesn't believe in love at first sight. Everything about this film is done so well from the acting to the way the film is shot and even to the soundtrack. Coming from a man's perspective, this film brings truth to how good and bad a relationship can make a person feel. The drama/comedy/romantic themes that run throughout the film are mixed together in a way that made me feel as though I was there watching this unfold before me. The timeline in which the story is told adds to the story from Tom's point of view. This is not your typical "guy gets the girl it the end" type of film. I think everyone would get the message this film trys to tell. I personally have added this film to my movie collection and would recommend you do the same.

500 Days of Summer isn't your typical Romantic/Comedy movie. It's actually quite unique. As someone who has ACTUALLY watched every minute of the movie and enjoyed it, I can tell you that you'll get your dollar's worth. This movie is a keeper. You'll laugh; you'll cry; you'll feel sorrow and excitement; and this movie will also make you think - reminiscing your life. Overall Joseph Gordin-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel do a great job. It's a must-see if your a fan of the Romantic/Comedy genre or even if your aren't - perhaps it'll widen your perception of the world around you.

First of all my hats off to the crew who made this movie. Someone must have felt some pain in the past to have crafted such a well made movie. I really enjoyed this and felt the cast did a wonderful job. Thankfully I am happily married because if I saw this in the past I would have had nightmares. Not a typical chick-flick at all. Geared more towards guys. Buy it and enjoy it. Unless you are in a rocky relationship... then hold off.
