GREAT SOUND

Real Positive Suprise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced a very good sounding JBL/POLK, system that were doing a really good job, for these because I was told that these were a match for the Onkyo, receiver/ sound surround unit I have. These little speakers are doing a great job and are better than the set of "Bigger" speakers that they replaceed

Totally Amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of time searching reviews for a nice set of 7.1 surround speakers. I didn't want to spend a large amount. I kept seeing that Onkyo always seemed to have high reviews. I noticed this set and it had rave reviews everywhere I checked. I kept telling myself that there is now way a set this inexpensive could be that good but once again, how could that many reviews be wrong. I went ahead and made the purchase. We hooked them up to a new Sony receiver and WOW!!! The first movie we plugged in blew us away. Crystal clear sound. Amazing surround detail. So we turned on the music. Once again, totally amazing. A system this good for under $400. Anyone would swear that this system would have cost way over a $1000 just by listening to it. I had my whole house rocking and it never lost it's sound quality. I've been in the show rooms and listened to the high dollar systems and they are great but I would put this set up against any of them. Onkyo really got this one right. I would highly recommend it.
