I like the idea of catching the hair it works well but it doesn't get hard to reach areas very well.

This was a Xmas gift for a guy and although I did not use it, he seemed to like it.

owned for about 2 months, and definitely my favorite trimmer yet. i have had a dozen of them. this one by far is the quietest and smoothest. the guard that adjust to the length you want, definitely helps with pushing the hair properly so it doesn't get caught as you trim which always isn't fun, and doesn't create low spots around your jaw line which is what i needed! the vacuum is crazy i love that thing! never used a trimmer with one before, and i'd say the label is on point "sucks up 90% of hair" the tiny bit that falls, falls straight down,not all over the sink and flung everywhere. a very very even trim with my coarse beard hair, as it also grows in every direction possible. the precise trimmer could be like 1mm shorter if i had to say anything, but super happy with it

It’s precise but it’s a very long trimmer so it’s hard to get some angles on your face

This is a middle of the line trimmer. Not a lot of features, but it works.

The shape itself is odd when you try to hold the trimmer. uncomfortable when using

The product works well. This is my second time purchasing this model and I would advise those interested in this model to handle the exchange of the different blade heads carefully. The tabs that hold the shaver heads break easily and replacement heads cost as much as the shaver itself.

Had high hopes. Should have realized it wasn't going to be so good when the instructions said to try not to trim more than 1mm at a time. Catches some hair, but not nearly enough of it. A+ for the idea, D- for the execution. Beard trimming, hair-catching (and wife-pleasing) utopia is still yet to be found.

Was disappointed in the vacuum on this trimmer, but it’s ok

I had high hopes for this beard trimmer but in the end, I returned it and went with the step-down Norelco and am much happier. First off the vacuum "system" is a total gimmick and barely seemed to work and second, the specific unit I had sounded like it was going to rattle apart... not impressed.

It doesnt hold much of the hair. does an ok job...

I returned the item for similar cheaper item with the same features

The razor does not pick up All hair. There is still a sink full

Overall, the trimmer was not what we expected. I bought it for my husband to use to trim his beard and he was very disappointed that the vacuum feature didn't suck up a single hair and left hair all over the sink. Also, the head is very bulky

The vacuum feature creates a mess and clogs easily. The cutting settings stopped lighting up two weeks after I started using. It is hard to trim the edges of your beard as well.

The trimmer works well, however; the attachments do not fit well and the tabs that lock them in break easily. The attachments feel cheap and poorly designed

Decent while it worked, broke after 6 months of light use. Wouldn't recommend.

Worked well with occasional use for almost a year, then started to get progressively more useless. The variable height blade shield just keeps pulling out and exposing the blade and snagging facial hair. Not useful, nit fun, not enjoyable, and not good design. It's junk after less than two years. I won't buy Philips / Norelco again.

Just doesn't work as well as a previous model and doesn't give me the control I was used to.
