When in use it rattles like it going to come apart. Try to clean and parts are very cheap and falloff. this thing is going in the garbage please beware now you been warned .

The trimmer head is held to the body with two thin, tiny plastic tabs that are guaranteed to to break. Buying a replacement is as much as a the trimmer itself.

It's clumsy to use for tight spaces. Pulling the trimmer apart to empty the trimmings is a pain. Looking forward to replacing this one ASAP when the battery no longer holds a charge.

The outgoing model that this is looking to replace is far superior.

All my beard hair got on my sink, and I had to grab it and throw it on the trash. I always wondered if there was a trimmer with a vacuum. This is the answer to the messy beard trim all over the sink. Although you have to un-clip the trimmer head to remove the hair from the vacuum, it's an easy process to do. The vacuum will suck in 99% of the hair if it's not long. Make sure if you shave long beard hairs, that you clean it a few times during your shave. It will clog the trimmer head.

Nothing to really complain about except that the integrated vacuum simply does nothing. I got this instead of other trimmers to catch some of the hair if not all to make cleanup easier and it simply does nothing.

The plastic tabs are thin and snap right off. I continue to use this trimmer by scotch taping the trimmer on to the he device.
