This surround sound system is great as long as you set the speakers at the right place.

I bought the system from Best Buy on 1/12/2017. I had to have it shipped to my house as the closest Best Buy for me is a 200 mile round trip over the snowy Cascade Mountains, After I got the system set up I started having issues and I called Onkyo customer service and he talked me through some set up steps that worked for awhile. I called a second time and was told there was no record of me calling before and this time the problems continue. I was told by Onkyo customer service people that the board or the ports are most likely bad and I need to contact Best Buy for an exchange. I did and twice I was sent to an operator in their return department that I could not understand what they were saying and told them that. I did me no good they just kept asking me questions that were not relevant to my problem. So, today I call the closest BB to me and explained my frustrations and they now want me to re-pack the system and bring it to them before they will exchange it. I am 64 years old with a very bad leg. When the UPS driver delivered the system he was a young guy in his 30's and he struggled with the weight of the box.So, even though I am the costumer I am the one that is getting inconvenienced. WOW! I am not happy. Best Buy customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long time. At this point I am ready to load the system up and take it back, tear up my BB card and go to Wal-Mart and buy $100 sound bar, and I really do hate Wally World. I doubt this review will be posted.
