This movie is a classic and a must-see for anyone!

Cruise investigates the death of a Marine at Guantanamo Bay marine base. Nicholson is hardly in this movie but when he is he owns the screen with his scene stealing character. A fun fact is this was first a Broadway play written by a young Aaron Sorkin then adapted from his own play into this movie with the help of director Rob Reiner. Never dull and always compelling. What do I ask of a movie? Never bore me.

The truth about "A Few Good Men" is simple, it's a great court room drama, one of the best. Nominated for multiple Oscars, and deservedly so. It's classic dialogue is still quoted to this very day. Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson give amazing performances that shouldn't be missed. The other truth is, this 4K transfer is easily one of the best I've seen. Stunningly gorgeous!

This is the definitive release for A FEW GOOD MEN. I love this film, and it's never looked better than in 4K HDR on my 65 inch OLED. Stunning audio and video presentation that ranks amongst the best in the format. Certainly one of the best 35mm 4K transfers I've seen thus far on the format. Flawless presentation for a wonderful film. So glad to own it in 4K.

A Few Good Men is a must for fans of Tom Cruise or Jack Nicholson. Each has a field day with their parts. This is Cruise before he went off the rails, and Nicholson before he stopped caring so much. Adapted from a stage play, the film transitions well to the screen, without feeling like something is missing. Not overly dramatic, well photographed, with great supporting performances by Kevin Pollak and Kiefer Sutherland. Extras are the same as the DVD release--a decent commentary, and standard behind the scenes documentary. A good trip to an earlier decade . . . with military themes that still wring true today.

Wow, what a great-looking film! If you're like me and can watch this movie just about any time, then you'll be pleasantly-surprised by how much new detail and subtlety this new 4K version brings. Excellent picture quality with this 4K film transfer that adds an extra level of interest...it's like you're seeing it again for the first time!

SYNOPSIS: Lt. Daniel Kaffee (Tom Cruise) is a military lawyer defending two U.S. Marines charged with killing a fellow Marine at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Although Kaffee is known for seeking plea bargains, a fellow lawyer, Lt. Cdr. JoAnne Galloway (Demi Moore), convinces him that the accused marines were most likely carrying out an order from a commanding officer. Kaffee takes a risk by calling Col. Nathan R. Jessep (Jack Nicholson) to the stand in an effort to uncover the conspiracy. Used to own this on VHS and DVD. Very early title in the format and the transfer is a bit dated. Still holds up after having not watched it for awhile. Great performances from the cast.

Sony continues its trend of high quality 4K upgrades for catalog titles. A Few Good Men isn't the most action packed movie but the upgrade to audio and video are apparent on this one. Great price make it a no-brainer to upgrade from the previous blu-ray version.

This was an intense military drama without all of the extra junk thrown in. The dialog is engaging and the acting is superb. Seriously Tom's best movie and Jack is super intense (but not nuts)! It is refreshing to see such a great movie without drawn out "love" scenes and gory violence! If you haven't seen it, you are missing out!

Tom Cruise definitely deserved an Oscar in this movie for his performance. Jack Nicholson's best supporting actor Oscar is well deserved. Good movie and good image produced by 4k disc.

Rob Reiner nailed this flick to the wall. Great cast in a great story. And fantastic to see him handle this material so well after the dark & horrific MISERY, preceded by some classic 80s fare: PRINCESS BRIDE, STAND BY ME, THE SURE THING & THIS IS SPINAL TAP. Perfect price for a great flick in high definition.

I love this movie!! One of Tom Cruise's best!! Wolfgang Bodison is a revelation!! A powerful & intense performance!! This film is so nice I bought it twice! When I realized I already had it & returned the extra copy to Best Buy it couldn't have been easier!! That's why I'll be forever loyal to Best Buy!!

I was of the opinion that I would only get films on 4K if they were sourced from Native 4K resolution and "it was worth it" i.e. action films loaded with special effects and visuals. This film proved me wrong. The 4K presentation puts you in the courtroom. Highly recommended.

Aaron Sorkin's beautifully written play adapted for the screen, captures the essence of how just going through the motions of your life are sometimes not enough. But if you right for what is right, with the passion that is driven by your beliefs nothing can stop you from doing what is right.

Keeps you interested from start to finish. All actors chosen were perfect fits for the characters. Never a dull moment. This is a movie you could watch over and over, it is timeless. We still watch it now and enjoy it each and every time. Would highly recommend watching, especially if you have never seen it before.

If you like a good courtroom drama with case investigation, then this is for you. There's the right amount of light-hearted moments intermingled with the serious ones, making for a well balanced, well acted, and well written movie. Cleaned up nicely in the blu-ray edition as well.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time with excellent acting and a great script. The 4K version looks great and the sound is incredible. For a movie that is well pver 20 years old the transfer to 4k is great. Just a great movie with 4k treatment.

A perfect 4k transfer, for a excellent classic that easily holds up. I'm glad Sony continues to pump out exceptional catalog releases. You can't go wrong. Trusting Sony to continue to delivery the goods!

It’s good movie. My problem is with Best Buy web description. It’s saying that this package includes digital copy. Yes, but it’s expired in 2019. Misleading add. Not worth it price.
