I'm not going to lie, after Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, I went into this with high hopes believing it would be just as emotionally driven, visually complex, and thought provoking. BUT, after completing this game, I can honestly say it didn't click until closer to the end. The ending definitely featured an out of place boss fight and a woeful conclusion to a pretty bland game. Not sure if I went in with too high expectations, but this game did not land. The gameplay consists of running from rats, using a sling to "rock" people, "rocking" bells to distract people, using flames to do flame things, and just sneaking. It's not as boring as I'm making it out to be, but it isn't very entertaining either. There are some nice emotional beats throughout the story, voice acting is believable, the graphics are pretty, responsive controls, and a good length.

Not your typical game, but didn’t stray too far from most action games. I enjoyed the story and gameplay enough for multiple play throughs.

This game was very compelling, mainly due to the story told of, and interaction between, Amicia and Hugo. The game works best when being more stealthy, but overall a very good game! PS - the music is outstanding

Solid narrative and great graphics from a small independent studio. Would definitely consider this game a AA title much like Senua's Sacrifice.

If you like games with horror elements as well as stealth games, I highly recommend this game.

This is great story driven game. If I had to compare it to something it would be along the lines of a Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice if that helps. lol

Really enjoy the story, great graphics and the in game mechanics to keep it interesting, I like the game over many others full price games.

Atmospheric survival horror game set in quasi-historical France. Play style is similar to The Last of Us. Straight forward, chapter based levels. Lots of hidden items to find.

I say its adventure more then stealth cause it really is more like problem solving them being stealthy. The themes and challenge of the game is real though. Solving the puzzles of escaping knights, and rats and or using them against each other to move on to the next area. If you liked a game like Hellblade pick up this game. Its got a lot of sadness and bittersweet moments as a girl tries to save her brother.

I really like seeing more underrated games by so fantastic.. i wasn't expecting it to be that good but i was pleasantly surprised

They story keeps you involved. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out you next move but stick with it. Not you typical shoot them up game.
