This is a must have for any true Metallica fan young or old. Great documentary chronicling the creation of the Black album, the relation with Bob Rock and each other, and the behind the scenes moments from the G-N-R tour to other music festivals and their interaction with other celebrities and musicians. you will truly appreciate what these guys go through for their fans and with each other.

This DVD is more of a peek at what Metallica was up to during their 'Black Album' days. This record was their first with producer Bob Rock, and it also led them to a new sound, along with a whole bunch of frustration, as seen in the film. Being a big Metallica fan, I found it interesting to see all that the band had gone through to make this amazing album, which ended up as probably their best album to date.

This video shows a little bit of how Metallica was back in the day. It took me back I was 21 when this tour happened and saw them 3 out of 5 nights. There was nothing like them, its to bad we have to get old!

It took me a day & a half to remember my appointment with rocking out with my best band Metallica. I liked this documentary of the band members of Metallica, thank you.

Reminds me of good old days when people lined up at night to buy new albums, etc. cool to see them again back in their prime

I previously owned this movie on VHS, but it was nice to get it on DVD.

Pre-packaged music DVD was as expected. Satisfied!
