Originally was a great umbrella and worked perfectly. Used it for 2 months and put away for the season. Went to use it in the spring and it wouldn’t open. Tried to exchange it at Best Buy and they told me they don’t warranty the product as part of the extra money I pay for my membership and I had to deal with the company direct. After a few emails and videos and pictures they requested they agreed there was an issue and asked if they could send me parts. I am handy so I agreed and I would try it. Since then about 6 months have past and not only did they never send me the parts they won’t respond to my emails or call me back. I now have an over priced piece of garbage because I can’t manually open the warranty umbrella and the company refuses to warranty there product. I am extremely disappointed in both Best Buy and the manufacturer.
