    My son recently lost his Nintendo 3ds charger, unfortunately I had to purchase a new one. Picked this up for 40% off recently and it works flawlessly. The length of the cable is decent enough. I only wish they would of added the option for usb and ac adapter connection as most cell phones and tablets do these days.

    I know my son has gone through quite a few adapters and I will admit to trying to save a few bucks by purchasing others for less. Not worth it to buy from other places, just pay the price and its a better quality.

    its a power adapter. it works quite well. i do wish the power box was a bit smaller but other than that it does what is says. keeps my 3ds powered.

    I prefer OEM when it comes to Power accessories to avoid complications. I've had too many negative experiences buying 3rd party in this arena.

    It works as intended. Build quality seems ok. The only issue I see is that over time the wire that connects to the wall wart may break/tear.

    Pretty ROTTEN that Nintendo makes you buy a charger for $18 after paying $200 for the new 3Ds. It should have been included like most devices.

    This is an official nintendo 3ds charger that works with all 3ds models including the "new" 3ds models. It works great and ive had no issues.

    If you are picking up the "New" 3DS, you will also need this charger. Thankfully, the cable is long enough to keep connected while gaming.
