Jim Carry starring in a funny comedy about being a detective

Great transfer...Love the movie! Has some minor scenes cut out though that I wish were not. Also has no special features.

Ace Ventura 25 year anniversary edition blu ray presentation is the best disk for the film.

I used to think these were funny back when I was younger, but now am just not digging it no more. Some parts are funny, some aren’t. It’s tries too hard to make you laugh, now I just find moments annoying.

Ace Ventura is a run away hit that officially launched Jim Carry's career into Hollywood. Anyone that has fallowed his career from In Living Color knows how great Carry can be on T.V. and in film. Do yourself a favor and pick up this classic comedy!

The movie, “Ace Ventura” was pretty humorous and crazy. Jim Carrey is a pet detective and at the same time steals animals from their habitat. This is a good movie to watch.

The movie is good and the blu-ray is awesome but the cover says "additional footage not seen in theater" and it's not there. There was an additional scene where Ace pretends to be a dolphin trainer, I believe it's even on the back of the case, but it's nowhere to be found in the movie itself.

I was confident in making this purchase because I know I like this funny movie. The Blu-ray makes the picture look modern and not dated. With my best buy certificate applied to the total, I was able to get it for just a few dollars.

Can't go wrong with a Jim Carrey movie! Classic, funny & overall great movie. If your a fan of Jim Carrey you will love the movie(if you've already seen it you already know that). Plus Bluray gives you a sharper & more vivid picture.

I've been looking for this movie on Blu Ray but really didn't want to spend $20 plus shipping and handling. I went into the store and found the movie for a really cheap price! Now I watch the movie all the time.

Jim Carey delivers the laughs well on this one. While it may seem silly and like a kids movie there is plenty of humor that you will get only after some life experience. So this is a great one for everyone.

The movie looks and sounds good on blu ray. The movie itself is for fans of the ridiculous. If you're too young to know Jim Carry's early work, think Will Ferrel if he were made of rubber and could contort his face into some strange shapes. Good comedy, personally I liked the second one "When Nature Calls" the best.

Aww man! I have wanted my daughter to see this for a while. Finally found it in the 5$ or less movie bin. Alrighty then....

One of Jim Carrey’s funniest movies still enjoyable after all these years.

Once upon a time, Jim Carrey being in a movie was almost guaranteed box office gold, and this movie is where it all started. A must for fans of goofy comedy or Jim Carrey.

I waited to get this on Blu Ray and not disappointed. While some scenes were cut, this is still a good presentation. I enjoyed the movie when it was released and still enjoy it today. If looking for extras, only a couple episodes of the cartoon series and trailer are available.
