We got this for our son for his birthday, he has only had this for a week today and it has already crashed! Did the factory restore and it crashed again right after! Also, the "free" antivirus that comes with this isn't compatible with a Chromebook laptop! We have now wasted money and our son is devastated! Called the helpline and they can't help because our son accidentally peeled off the serial number sticker on the back, so now were stuck with a laptop that we wasted our money on and our son is now without his birthday present! Awful!
