This is an excellent Chromebook for someone who doesn't need the crazy processing power or all the features a fully loaded laptop provides. Purchased this for my 74 year old Mother, and she absolutely loves it. For her needs, it's perfect. All she uses it for is for email, going online, paying bills, going on Facebook, and playing Facebook games. She has no need for a BD-ROM, XXX Gb of RAM, an X Tb Hard Drive, nor anything else a laptop offers. It's much more user friendly than a Windows-based laptop, especially for someone her age.

Good Chromebook for the price. Does what I need. Will buy again

My son needed a Chromebook for school so i decided to buy the biggest screen Chromebook available at the store. What a big difference at school. All the kids had 12,14 inch screen Chromebooks and it was pretty hard to see the screen. Especially in biology class looking at all the fine details of animal entomology. His school is completely running from Google Classroom, so Chromebook is the weapon of choice.

Wow, very happy with this computer. Bought it for my mother and she is very pleased with it. She finds the screen size very easy to view. The computer runs so fast and smooth, she is so happy she got rid of her desktop. Highly recommend!

We bought this Chromebook for my 3 boy to get them off my computer. It worked right out of the package...it's safe, reliable and we've had no problems so far. They can access their school work, play games, research, etc...easy to set up, use, and it's mobile! Great product and great price!

Although I wish this product came with the option of a Disc drive, I am very pleased with all other aspects of it. The sound and display quality are outstanding, and I love the lightning fast speed when booting up.

My son brought for college and he loves it. I was a little concerned with it being internet only, I thought he would need Microsoft Office. But so far he has been using Google Docs and it has been compatible with Microsoft Word.

This is a great chromebook wth a larger screen. Screen is very sharp and this notebook is fast - perfect for web browsing and email.

This is my second ACER Chromebook from Best Buy. It's a great PC for the wife, the security is outstanding and the 15.6" screen is sharp and offers brilliant color.

Does the job for the price. Great starter computer

I am not much of a computer person so I opted for the chrome book for school and I love this laptop! Love the color, bright display, perfect size and battery life. I highly recommend for students like myself.

The Chromebook is excellent for students and elderly and persons that are not wanting to use a window based laptop or and apple. It has no cd, dvd rom drive which makes it super light to carry...it also has no internal battery. It does have Full Hd and the graphics and picture viewing is awesome. Battery life is the truth...you get the most with this book. 100 GB google Drive aint bad either...You have no need for anti virus...No that you can depend on. I Love mines....this is my second book...

I love the Acer Chromebook it's simple and easy to use! This is my first ever laptop I needed it for school it has acces to Google Docs which is similar to Word it is perfect for me so I can do my homework and study.

Had to return the first one because it wouldn't hold a charge. But my son took it back to Best Buy and they just handed him a new one. This one works great. Can't say the same for Best Buy's new website. Nothing but problems with that. I won't be ordering online from Best Buy again, as they insist on shipping everything to my son, in another town.

I got this for my mother. It has a very large size and starts immediately. She uses it for web surfing at home almost exclusively so it is perfect for our needs. It is large and heavy so consider size in your purchase.

Once you get over the learning curve, its a very good basic machine for surfing, emails and other light apps. Great for kids also they take to it very fast. It's very fast booting up and the wifi is very good also.
