My laptop died and I needed a replacement. After comparing entry level Windows laptops and Chromebooks, I decided to give a Chromebook a try. This model had a large screen and more RAM. Even though there are some limitations, overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Bought this because of the price as well for its capability of using google play unlike other Chromebooks. I would have given it 5 stars, however I had an issue where I had to reset to the factory settings because "Chrome OS is missing or damaged" screen popped up one day.

If you're looking for something to surf the web, send some emails, and stream media, you can't go wrong. Screen resolution is great. Sound is adequate without using peripheral speakers. Good pickup for the price.

I have had no issues with the chromebook. It's performance is great and I am able to accomplish any and all of my home computing needs. I'm also grateful to know that I don't have to worry about viruses or spyware. Ultimately I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I really like this Chromebook so far. I had the Toshiba Chromebook 2 (2014) before this Chromebook and this one performance is noticeably better. The screen isn't as nice as the screen on the Toshiba but it's pretty decent.

I bought the Chromebook for my 93 year old mother-in-law for Christmas. She loves it for surfing the web, emails and solitaire type games. Eventhough it doesn't have Windows, it's simple for her to use. As soon as I connected it to her wi-fi, she was at the key board.

This laptop was a store model that wasnt being manufactured for the next season so we got a super deal on this .. Daughter needed the capacity for school requirements. 16 GB solid state drive was the winning decision for us.

I bought this for my mother who is nearly 80. She just needs something simple and easy to use and she "loves it.". It is a perfect fit for those that dont want the hassle of Windows and software updates all the time. highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is a good value for the price. Set up was extremely easy and the computer is big and bright. The track pad is a little touchy and that is the only reason that I did not give it five stars. I would recommend this product.

I researched this laptop and can assure you, it is very quick to surf without the (approx 2 gb's of memory) for windows and that's just the start up prompt. You can't go wrong with this laptop for everyday web access with a very wide screen.

Excellent laptop. Extremely fast. Wish Chrome store had more options but heard google play store will be added later in the year so that's good news.

The Acer 15.6 in. chromebook is a great laptop. The screen is bright, colors are true and text is very clear. Applications run fast with the 4GB of memory. Very happy with purchase.

This Chromebook is super easy to use. It starts up quickly and set up was a breeze. Its perfect for my needs and the battery last for hours!!

Very easy to use. I only wanted to see my email and surf the web. I don't need all the excess programs that come with Windows 10 and take a very long time time to load after a shutdown.

I purchased my ACER Chromebook to replace a HP unit that had taken a lightening hit during a storm and was very surprised with how well it compared. If I ever get another computer, it will definitely be another ACER.

The Acer Chrome book is defininately does the job for the for the money. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, because the keyboard does not have a delete button nor caps. Other than that it's a great product to purchase.

I studied for two months before I finally decided on this Chromebook. It has all the bells and whistles for my use. I have already recommended this exact model to three friends that are looking to ditch their old slow laptops.

Extremely fast boot up, fast page loads and color is very good. Overall is great for surfing the internet which is why I purchased it. So far very happy with the purchase!

My old desktop went out and was in the market for new computer. I found this Acer on one day deal, does everything I need. Very happy after 2 years, still going strong. Thx

For those looking for a Windows free experience and don't want to spend a fortune on a Mac, this is your deal. Chrome OS is a fresh, clean conduit to acomplish more than your basic tasks. Excellent HD screen and sound.
