I was looking for a new laptop and saw the acer chromebook. It had everything I wanted. We watch Disney plus all the time. The picture is excellent with great sound. I have not found anything that the chrome book can't do. Would recommend it to everyone. Price is just right. Lots of storage and OS memory. Which makes it very fast. The battery life is great at 9 hours.

Bought this for my wife for a birthday present absolutely loves it great ,super fast And could not beat the cost of it got it as a refurbished for under $300 touchscreen backlit keyboard and all

Very nice laptop, needed a back up computer with speed and memory and this had it very satisfied with my purchase

It’s nice and clean looking had all the features wanted .,but it turned out to be more hassle than it was worth, When dealing with the amount of space you have aside from the operating requirements it’s very limited . . It erases your downloads to make space without warning. The amount of apps that someone uses would. need to be streamlined Or removal of your files in order to just use it for the basics. . Plus using a Chromebook is a whole other world compared to windows and Mac .,This may be good for the person that just surfs periodically and does not have to use if for their daily grind .

The kids use it for Home School and it does everything they need. It took a while to get but well worth the wait.

Its a little on the slow side but the lit up keyboard and touchscreen is great.

Seems to be a good option for my grandson who is using this for school and for some internet surfing.

I bought a Chromebook to replace my old PC laptop. It was refurbished but thought I'd take a chance with the reasonable price. I love the ease of using the new computer and not have to worry about viruses.

Much lighter and easier to learn to use than I was expecting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new computer.

I love this Chromebook. Fast on, fast off, no waiting 15 minutes for antivirus or other updates. Touchscreen works well, although I don't use it that much. Go for the big 15.6" screen, it's worth it. I've done college Zoom classes with no problems, however, Chrome OS can't support the background filters. My refurbished Chromebook was like new, no problems.

Love the chrome book the kids are doing there school work

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. He absolutely loves it. The system processor is decent . My son uses it for school work and gaming. You will not find a better system for this price.....

This was a great buy for my family. Glad I did research and found the chromebook that works for us. Loving the touchscreen feature.

Purchase this item refurbished. On the site it said it was tested and working. Item came without power cord and wouldn’t power on at all. After this and missing the power cord that was said to come with it. We Took it to the store where the manager was not so nice. She continued to talk bad about me and my wife to other coworkers because we asked for a replacement. After this purchase I will never buy a refurbished item from Best Buy again.

Why? It’s because your curbside pickup employees gave my computer to someone else and handed me and a piece of way lesser quality , and commenced to pointing the blame finger at some “ distribution warehouse “ the they have no affiliation with. So my review? Thanks for wasting 2weeks of my daughter’s time during the stay at home and school work at home order. I don’t like wasting my time either, but at least I can be a man and own my screw up. In summary ( rhymes with puck) Best Buy!

I was wary of buying a refurbished product, and I was unfortunately right. After 2 weeks of use, the “t” button no longer works, so my son is not even able to log in. Not satisfied
