She celebrated her 93rd birthday in April and we gave her this laptop as a gift. She is a novice techie and is doing very well with the device. She has learned to use the laptop to read/send emails, participate in Social Media - Facebook and Houseparty, use online apps, watch animal web cams and get information. She is thrilled to be able to operate the laptop on her own. She says it is easy to use, faster than what she had before and fun!

All the lower priced Acer laptops were out of stock, but this particular style from Acer was on sale at Best Buy. I think it's a really good laptop for the price I paid. And it offered Office 365 along with the laptop, which was on sale too. I highly recommend purchasing this laptop, it's a great investment for working from home.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's cheap for a reason. The keyboard is the worst. Barely touch anything or try to use the mouse and random windows open. I'm going back to purchase a Mac
