If appears to no have any sensors to locate itself. Can't get Google earth or weather services to work. I'll contact GEEKsquad and see what they can do to help.

I had an Acer before and loved it. I chose to go with another brand and have regretted it for three years. Very happy to be back with an Acer!

Excelent. This laptop model its one of the last few there's out there at the market that you wont regret on purchased. Great sound speaksers, size its perfect, EVERYTHING.

This computer has everything I wanted and more... I had a Acer prior to this one.. I was given a Samsung for Christmas.. Hated it from the time I took it out of the box... Returned it.. I found this one and am just happy and in love with it....

The value is great. The ease using it is great . I love it use it everyday. A must have.Best buy was so helpful. I admit I tried Walmart first.Well they will not send a laptop .. Not a good experience. Now I know why my grandson go to best bu6 all the time. I could not go to the store that's why I needed to do overthe phone..It was cheaper than Walmart. Very easy to use,, great screen resolution, great audio!!!! Didn't want Windows 8 or 8.1 and have to learn a new system!!! Went from an Acer 2480 with Vista basic to Windows 7 and am really pleased!!!!! KINGPIN

I really enjoy using my laptop except for when I read stories and am unable to turn down the brightness because the button only seems to work occasionally. So far I haven't figured out how to change it through the settings I'm not sure if I can. Other than that small issue I absolutely love it, it was everything I was hoping for.

I've been using the Acer Aspire for about three weeks. It's got a really great display. I checked the same photo next to my old monitor and the Acer is super clear. So far, everything is working the way it's supposed to. Great laptop for the price.

Bought 2 of these for family and they worked out very well, no problems at all. Good battery life and screen quality, a little heavy though, that is expected from a 17in computer though.

Expectations have been met. The 17" screen is easy to see and the unit is light enough for ease in portability.

Am very pleased with the product and is just what I wanted. Only wished it had come with more software and features eg. spell check. Overall not bad.

I have tried to like this computer, I really have. Because Windows 10 still has so many bugs in it and I hate Windows 8 and 8.1, I decided to get a computer with Windows 7. This computer has a mind of its own, almost like it is possessed. It leaps around, deletes sentences, paragraphs, highlights things, or scrolls down the page, all while my hands ARE NOT ON THE KEYBOARD! Another issue is, if I don't hit the pad or a key in just the right spot, nothing happens. For example, I must hit the "delete" key at least 3 times before the thing I want to delete is actually gone. Or I'll be typing, when suddenly what I am typing in nowhere in the body or is somewhere else, in a different kind of type! As for Windows 7, that's fine, no problems. Like I said, it either has a mind all its own or it is possessed. If I had never had a computer before, I would set this one out at the end of the driveway with a sign on it, "free to a good home." Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near a Best Buy so I am going to have make a special trip to see what, if anything, can be done about it. The way things are going, this is my first and last Acer Computer.

So far I have enjoyed the laptop. Found it to easy to set-up. Easy to automatically to install updates. It found my wireless router/modem and connected to the internet without any problems whats so ever. It found my other computer (desktop) and setup to connect without any problems. Very happy with the computer and very happy with Best Buy for their ease to locate and buy my laptop.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for and wanted!

Great value, works well for all basic functions. I haven't tried the camera yet, but plan to use it for skype as well as presentations. Sound quality is much better than I expected for the price. I recently purchased a different brand for my wife, but I wish I had purchased this one for her instead.

This is the first time I have owned an Acer. It is a bit touchy, and not quite as fast as the last one I had before, but every day I use it, I am liking it just fine.

Perfect for my busy schedule. Retired and traveling, it's nice to have a big screen to keep me company on long treks. Easy to handle and compact .

I bought this laptop on my son's urging for school use. It is quick and easy to use. This is the second Acer laptop we have purchased and would definitely encourage others to purchase one like it.
