Got this laptop when I did a short work from home job. It was better than the ones at the office. Got it for under $400 while it was on sale. It had a large screen and a good battery life. I left it plugged in most of the time though as I hooked it up to multiple monitors. It has a full keyboard which was great for data entry. Since I used it only for work the core i3 handle everything at great speed. Now that the work from home job is over I will use the machine as a light coding machine or a streaming device. I have seen chromebooks with much weaker specs at a higher price. This is not a steal but it is a bargain when on sale.

I like the laptop. Its a big screen and the speed is nice. Sound is very lacking if you want to use for music or streaming apps. But for work and school assignments it’s a good laptop

I don’t know all the technical stuff I’m no “expert,” but I needed a good fast laptop for working remotely and this delivered. I actually first purchased the lenovo think pad 1 and returned it, SO SLOW, And got this instead! I love its nice big screen too. :)

I've just got this laptop and so haven't had time to really load it up and see what its all about. First impressions however are great! Its very fast, setup was a breeze, the ease of getting rid of things you dont want is great. I bought this largely because it was on sale and it seemed like a no brainer to get an upgrade over the lower end laptops at the same price. It is very basic computer but thats why I wanted it, something that was easy to use in my semi truck instead of trying to use my gaming laptop just to browse the internet. which requires adequate cooling etc. very pleased with what I paid and what I received.

I like this laptop for the size screen and how smooth & easy it runs. I have problems using headphones for Zoom meeting. I still haven't figured out what the problem is and have to call Aspire tech support.

So far it has been a great machine, Love the fact that it was not pre loaded with lots of bloatware trials that most people never want ( just teh basic Microsoft Office and Security, ) with that said , it is not that fast as I expected but is ok and not much internal storage I solved that by connecting my external 1 TB external drive, The Size is large which is what I needed ( for the large screen and large keys on the keyboard ), my fingers got stiff using the on board pad & buttons so I added an external mouse and now have what I consider a perfect Laptop for everyday home or away use,..

My wife needed a laptop for some basic tasks. She wanted to be able to video conference, play D&D with our friends using things like Discord and Roll20, and play some casual games like Lords of Waterdeep. She didn't need a high-end gaming laptop, she needed something that was more like a basic work laptop. This Acer Aspire3 is just what she needed. While I, as the tech nerd, balked a bit at the specs, I couldn't balk at the price. And it turns out I need not have worried too much, she's not trying to do extremely resource-intensive work, and unlike my laptop she doesn't need tons of storage space for video and audio projects and reference materials. The Core i3 and 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is entirely adequate for her needs. The screen is nice, sharp, and wide. And it's got the 10-key pad my laptop lacks- even though she probably won't use it. ;) So, for a basic "working" laptop, I gotta say this Acer Aspire3 does everything we've asked it to do in line with what we bought it for.

Got it on sale and really got a excellent deal! Huge screen, great CPU, ssd + 8gb RAM you cant go wrong!

This medium-level laptop has enough RAM and storage to accomplish school work and other work.

I was somewhat spectacle about buying this laptop but it surprised me. I have an older i3 processor laptop and it's quite slow in comparison. This is a speedy machine with good graphics and enough RAM and storage for almost any general use you can throw at it. I am very impressed and happy that I bought it.

We purchased this laptop for our parents to replace a really old one. The screen is clear and crisp and the processor is plenty enough to handle Microsoft apps and web surfing. They’ve also used it to stream Netflix with no issues. It’s big, but surprisingly light for its size. Overall, it’s a great value.

Bought this laptop when it was on sale $300 about a month ago. It's a nice budget laptop for that price. I've used it 6-7 hours a day, 7 days a week with no issues or glitches. I also added 16Gb ram (20Gb max total) + 2nd 500 gig SSD. Extremely easy to upgrade!

as big as the laptop is (great screen space) it's much lighter weight wise and easier to use. Great support getting everything setup! Would recommend for students, bloggers, or even as a small business laptop like we are using it for.

It's been only 2 weeks since I bought this laptop. Still figuring out Windows 11 but not that different than 10. Display is big and sharp. Lightweight. Battery life is long enough. Processor is fast enough. So far so good. No problems at all.

aMAZING LAPTOP ESPECIALLY FOR PLAYING THE SIMS 4 GAME. I GOT THIS LAPTOP SO I CAN PLAY SIMS 4 ON IT AND THOUGH I WOULD ONLY HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR JUST THAT AND THE CC BUT NOPE IM ABLE TO DO MY WORK STUFF ON THERE AND SCHOOL WORK AND STILL HAVE PLENTY OF STORAGE. VERY GOOD LAPTOP

I purchased the "Acer - Aspire 3 – 17.3" HD+ Laptop – 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 – 8GB Memory – 256GB SSD – Pure Silver" to replace my old HP laptop. I have always been a die hard HP consumer, but I couldn't pass up the sale price of the Acer Aspire 3 at $299.99. I was not disappointed. It has Windows 11 Home, which is the main reason I wanted to upgrade. It also has the 17" screen, which is a plus. This Acer is lightning fast and very simple to setup. The only negative is that the speakers are on the bottom, so I lose a little volume because of that. But it's not a big deal for me.
