This computer has been a great upgrade from my last computer. I've been using it for some design work, virtual meetings and regular every day uses. Very user friendly and thinking about getting another one for my new office.

Cursor freezes. Have had it in for assistance with this, but, the GEEK SQ UAD either can't fix it or they don't want to bother with it. I don't have time to run back and forth to have it looked at. I think this laptop should be replaced.

Everyone and everybody was wonderful. I got the new laptop I wanted at a reasonable price with the aid of a very helpful sales staff, and Geek Squad was able to get me started and rescue everything from my old damaged computer.

Perfect for basic web browsing. Affordable, fast, large screen, clear images, and even the speakers are decent. I love that the keyboard includes a numbers keypad (a must for me). I only wish I bought it sooner!

value purchase, taking off a star because no multi media card reader. I like how the base is tilted and it can ventilate. resolution could be better, but it is acceptable. Big screen, good finish, recoomend.

As one who is not technically proficient, this unit is very simple to operate. I had no trouble getting the unit up and running. I'm still learning about the extra features associated with the unit. A very good purchase.

This item replaces a chromebook that had reached the end of its lifespan. Laptop is fast and responsive. Maneuvers between apps and websites flawlessly. Does everything I need it for and more.

Not a heavy laptop to carry and I say this because I have carpel tunnel and is difficult to carry things around and for the size of it is light.

What more can I say. For the price paid it is hard to beat. Excellent value, super quick and solid display. I do not play games or watch movies on laptops, so for me, it exceeded my expectations

Laptop is fast and so far works great. Still getting use to windows 11. No lights on laptop or keyboard at all which has not been a problem for me. The only problem is in the volume is not the best.

Perfect setup for someone on a budget. Best Buy had a 50% off Promotion. Used for internet, email, and work usage and. It gaming so I have no idea how the computer performs for that.

Nice laptop for the price. Good screen size. The hard drive is a little small. There are no light to let you know if you have it plugged in to power? I am happy with the purchase.

Good bang for your buck. I use strictly for school related stuff snd works perfectly fine, no complaints. Especially for what i paid during one of tbe sales.

Good basic 17” laptop that I use for internet, spreadsheets, word etc. Works great so far - have had it for about 2 months. Cost only $299. Great value.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend cause the one we had was running slow. This is definitely an upgrade he loves it. It does more than we expected.

This a fast, bright screen computer that is light weight and with its slim design, perfect for bringing along on trips away from my desktop computer at home.

For the money it's hard to beat this laptop with a big screen which was over 17 in. It's got all the processing power I need for surf in the web

Exelent laptop. Feels and Lois very durable. Decently fast easy upgradable yo 20 GB ram and 1 tb regular 2.5" SSD. At the end. Great computer
