This laptop is an upgrade to the typical school laptops which don’t hold as much or process as quickly. However, it isn’t meant to do some tasks that aren’t outrageous but more complex. I give it 4 stars because it is very great for starters but not a laptop worth investing a lump sum of money in. I would invest a little more in a higher tier for that. Very pleased with what I paid for and will definitely hold on to it for file storage and other such needs.

Very good laptop, easy to use very good connectivity, perfect for working as an architect to run software that demands a lot of space and ram. Good battery life very good quality and the screen is very nice colors, i do like it a lot highly recommended.

As soon as I got this PC, it has been nothing but slow. I removed unneeded bloatware and disabled startup services not needed. Can't speed it up. Even wemt to overclock the CPU but I can't. It has the older BIOS system instead of UEFI. Wish I would have returned it but no time The description of this is a Gaming Laptop but I am thinking the only games that would work would be solitare or other low graphic games

I am trying to love this computer. I have updated every driver and any and all updates to love the computer. I bought this one due to my old one had the same issue.... I have until 3/5 to return. If it wasn't $400, I might consider keeping it and just rebooting. I love Acer products. I am going this review on a chromebook.

The Laptop is nice, but bigger than I thought it would be. It is almost same size as my 17 inch. It is slower than I thought it would be as well. Everything else seems to be working as expected. Good laptop for the price.

This laptop is ridiculously slow. It is slower than the computer I bought it to replace. It never wants to turn on, I just get a black screen. Some days I cant get it to turn on at all (yes it's fully charged). Very unreliable computer. There is no support for this model listed on the acer website. I have a new expensive paper weight. I highly do NOT recommend.

This was worth the price. We have had it about 1 month, and it does whats needed.....

Bought for my son bc he was having lagging issues playing Minecraft online. He is very happy with this. Speed is great and no more lag.

By new not refurbished . Startup is very slow, background brightness of screen can’t be controlled.

This is a gaming PC but I use it for work I use it for online classes and I love the computer of course I had to get it at the price because it was the best system out there under five hundred bucks will totally recommend this computer to anyone

Although I only use it to browse and use my personal email, I am satisfied with the purchase. I have every now and then problems with the speed, but nonetheless I personally like it compared to another laptop I bought about 2 years ago. Only problem then was size and hard drive space, etc., and it didn't update it because lack of space. I am happy with the purchase. Hope it doesn't disappoint me in a year from now.

Laptop is pretty decent for most games out there but don't expect huge frame rates. This was for an older gamer and satisfied all the requirements that come with non triple a games. IE: Gem match, Hidden pics, low res rpg games.

Great value for the money. I've been using it for a few weeks now. Battery life is good. It doesn't have as much preloaded junk software like some other brands that I have purchased in the past.

seem like a good deal at the time, but the way with technology is going, it seems like it is obsolete before leaving the door (this laptop has HDD instead of SSD for storage)

A real clunker. Don’t even begin to think you can do any gaming on this. Unless you are playing games from 20 years ago. This is a bona fide dust collector not worth the weight to keep papers in order.
