Had to get help from Geek Squad to set up scanner but otherwise great product.

this pc is worth because of i5 processor. Its one of the decent acer laptops.

Acer E 15 is awesome. I love it, and it does everything I need it to do. I am a student using the Internet and Microsoft Office for different assignments. This laptop is perfect for a college student.

Is ok, I need it just for pictures and music. I'm happy with my new laptop

Processer is slow but worked good for what I need it as a college student.

It was easy to set up, connect to wifi and printer. It would be a great machine if the cursor was not too sensitive. It jumps around, causes me to type in the wrong place, and click on the wrong links. I've tried to set it to a different level, but it seems to make no difference. Very annoying problem.

We had previously purchased another brand notebook from another retailer and it turned out to be a problemsome unit to say the least. After switching to this unit all our use probleMs were solved.

I really enjoyed it, Now it's broken. Needs a new display. The computer itself is very well made with the exception of the screen being to thin and very susceptible to damage. So be careful when holding it never hold it with one hand at a front corner while it is closed. that's how mine broke..

Simple tasks can be too detailed. Once set up I hope to enjoy it more.

Works great, has usueful applications, and is quick and responsive rather than, slow and lagging. Thin profile makes it easy to transport and has a beautiful screen size for movies or videos.

Had problems with a laptop of different manufacturer. Geek Squad advised me that this particular unit was truly the Best Buy in the store. And it proved to be. No problems and very powerful.
