Bare bones laptop - you get what you pay for. Had some issues running in the beginning but a little trouble shooting with basic IT knowledge got it up and running. Returned it for a higher end laptop mostly for to how large and cumbersome I found it to be.

My 2012 Toshiba laptop with a 1.6ghz dual core processor 5g ram was three times faster with regard to everything from opening and saving files to any program for that matter. On the rare occasion I use the internet it's extremely slow and I have high speed wifi. Additionally despite my many attempts to download chrome as my default browser I can't ever get it to open. The icon is there but it literally is just for decoration apparently and I'm forced to use internet explorer. It keeps prompting me to use things I don't need and I can't even download my photos from my iPhone because it doesn't seem to recognize it is even connected. I am pc literate and a software expert but this laptop annoys me to no end.

Was easy to set up and got right to using with no problems. I use mostly for photos, surfing the internet and social media. Perfect so far and a great price.

Love my new Acer laptop...plenty of extra space (memory) for videos and music alike! Super fast start up is a big plus for me as well...Would highly recommend!

This lab top is A very good product and I would recommend it to my friends and anyone else the will listen. I would redo my purchase again without question.

Spent a few extra dollars and put in a ssd and some more ram and this thing flys. Great for general Internet surfing etc but nothing to graphically intense.

I bought this for my son and within 2 weeks the screen would blackout. He called and they had to reboot it. A week later it was a different error. They fixed that and it kept having issues.

I bought this laptop for basic use around the house and for school work. It does a decent job overall. It is relatively slim and holds a charge well. The trackpad is sometimes a little jumpy and it doesn't always recognize gestures well

great for my high school son, user friendly, has all the tools/software he needs also purchased the 3 year geek squad coverage to get him thru.

My husband is not tech savvy - I purchased this for him to handle his remote working responsibilities. It was an easy set up and works great.

We compared this laptop to two others. This one had more features than the other two for the same price. We are happy with this purchase.

This laptop is lets just say perfect, the color is perfect, the quality is perfect, the color everything! totally recommend it for anyone!

I originally purchased an HP pavilion laptop from HP. I returned it after 1 week, piece of junk. This Acer Aspire is a much better laptop.
