I don't usually right many reviews on items I buy but I am so impressed with this laptop that I decided to write this review. I bought this laptop without knowing anything about Acer products but I decided to take a chance on this one. I could not be any more pleased with this computer, it is everything I could have asked for and then some. I looked at many more expensive laptops and very few of them had a CD rom on them but this one did. I don't know if it would be fast enough for someone that plays a lot of games but for someone that just uses a laptop for every day personal use this is one Great Computer!

I am a graduate student and needed a computer to get through my last year of classes. This computer has proven to be very reliable and is a great bargain for the price.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LAPTOP! I NOW HAVE "OLD TYPE" GAMES. REALLY ENJOY IT & THE PRICE WAS FANTASTIC! THE EMPLOYEES AT BEST BUY WERE ALL VERY NICE & THE GEEK SQUAD!

Bought this to replace my wife's aging Dell laptop, it's kinda slow out of the box, but as others have said here, remove the bloatware and it is considerably faster. I found that on my wife and my previous laptops that the best upgrade to speed them up was to put a solid sate drive in them, will be ordering one soon.

Understanding my ratings: 1 Star = Strongly discourage getting the product. There are absolutely no positive or helpful aspects in the product. 2 Stars = Overall not recommended. Have some positive aspects but not good enough to be recommended. 3 Stars = Workable product. It's not terrible, but not fantastic either. 4 Stars = Fantastic! I love it, but there are a few things that could improve. 5 Stars = Strongly recommended product. Hardly any flaws to the product and it's functions. *If my opinion on this product changes while in use, I will update my review to reflect such changes

The touch pad being set up with out right and left click buttons is not something I like. I would rather have the actual buttons than this overly sensitive "new innovation". It is an efficient machine but what features I do like are over shadowed by the ones I do not. Guess I'm to old school for this updae.

Bought this for my dad as a basic laptop for browsing the Internet but it's so much more. Great features and reliable laptop with no issues so far.

easy to use not too heavy but not touch screen anyway the price is good

The laptop was purchased for low-level administrative tasks such as signing in attendees of a meeting and projecting presentations on a projector. So far the laptop has been behaving very well. We use it with Excel, PPT and Microsoft Word, and we haven't seen any performance issues.

I mainly bought this laptop for school, but I also needed something that'd be able to sate my gaming needs, too. It does just that.

The keyboard is strange, in that after I have been typing for a couple of minutes, I discover that the words/letters are not there that I just typed. Often, I encounter delays in movement of the curser. I do not love Windows 10, although that is not the computers problem, but I yearn to go back to 7. This is my first time with any computer other than Dell, so it is a learning process. I am not technically oriented, so I am slow in trying to learn more about the computer and it's programs.

Had to replace my old computer. This Acer was a very good replacement. It was a good price. Works very well for my needs.
