For the money, this was a great computer, with plenty of storage. Great looking screen, and easily runs multiple programs. Very satisfied.

I purchased two of these laptops for my fiances sons. Although they both liked the size of the screen and general specs of the laptop, one of the laptops stopped working after only a week of use. The screen stopped displaying anything and the laptop couldn't be turned off. We brought it to Best Buy's geek squad and they couldn't determine the issue or fix it so we exchanged it for a different laptop (Lenovo) altogether. Best Buy's customer service handled the issue very well and the other Acer laptop appears to be running without any issues. Perhaps the broken laptop was a lemon, but I was still disappointed since this was a Christmas gift.

This is a Great Laptop for my 11 year old. It's a little slow on the start up but It performs very well when it's up and running. Windows 10 is awesome and my baby caught on quickly . She absolutely loves her Asus Laptop!

Great laptop...lots of features for a rock bottom price. I have two Acer products, quality, reliably and features are spot on. This laptop has a plus because it comes with a built in CD/DVD player-recorder. Nothing comes close for the price. Very happy.

I like this laptop. It fulfills my needs for a second machine. I don't care for the touch pad too much. It seems to vary in sensitivity and it doesn't have separate buttons which I prefer.

I buy the Acer laptop for my sister and she is very happy very fast computer and very clear views.

For the price I bought 1 each for my 7 and 8 year old. They love them and are using them to go online to do all the learning websites they would have done only at school.

I bought this laptop as a Christmas present for my daughter. As a college student, it meets her needs - word processing, internet surfing, etc. She isn't into gaming or extreme computer use, so I can't attest to how it runs outside of basic use, but from what I've seen and what she's told me, I'm pleased. The one thing she did say was that she wished the sound quality/volume were better, so I wouldn't recommend if loud speakers are a requirement of yours. I also like the Acer brand in general, which played a role in my decision. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

The computer is good. The only problem is it runs a little slow. I thought it would be a faster speed then it is, but for the price, what can I expect.

Bestbuy prices on laptops are great when you get them on sales. Friends and family always ask me to get them laptops for their kids for college and the price i got this laptop for the specs was great

Just what I needed, easy to use, easy to set up. Great screen, size weight perfect, no complaints. Extremely pleased, and great pricing.

Given the low price, I was worried that this laptop would not have much in the way of processing speed. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. It is fast and has a decent amount of memory. So far, I am very pleased with this computer.

This laptop is OK at best. I wasn't expecting anything awesome from it but I am a little disappointed with some of it's performance. I have had several crashes, for example. It is also a bit slow at times. The touch pad has been driving me crazy, too, but I have yet to try any adjustments on it. I hope that this laptop holds up over time. That said, I did get this unit at a good price.

Bought for our 11 year old mostly to play games. It's fast, great picture and sound. He loves it.

I was not sure about the brand being ACER but it seems to be holding up very well. Good laptop for the money spent. 15.6 inch screen , 4gig ram and 500 gig hard drive.

Great product for this price. Not a top choice if you use it for lots of computations.
