Windows does not work smoothly in this cheaper laptop option, this is NOT a good deal. I had an acer CHROMEbook before this and it was fantastic, superfast and then some. This acer CLOUDbook is AWFUL it is SO slow it takes me double time to do anything, I feel like it's 1995. As I'm typing this the words are lagging behind my fingers. Scrolling always freezes then jumps. I dreaded leaving this review because of the time it takes to open a new tab load a website and navigate it. And it's not my wireless, other devices work smoothly. And I haven't downloaded anything to cause lag. I'm so mad, this is a big waste of money. Windows fail.

In short don't buy this product new or refurbished. This is my 5th Acer laptop and by far this is the worst!

The fuse has completely gone out my screen it's black and I can't see anything. I called geek squad they don't offer warranty on online order. Then I called Acer the laptop brand and certifier of the refurbishement. They thought I was the previous owner and I had brought the laptop last year. Which begged the question did they really fix up and clean the laptop hardware and software or did they just want to sell the laptop. Never again. Have to trade it lost about hundred dollars.
