Q: Is there a slot for media cards such as memory card?
A: Yes. There is a slot for a SD card.
Q: Does this lap top come with word?
A: No, if you want word you will have to buy Microsoft office.
Q: Do the laptop has hArd disk drive since they did not mentioned it in the description.
A: It has the cheap equivalent of a 32 gigabyte SSD drive. But beware, A) I believe it is soldered to the motherboard and B) I believe it is really too small for all of Windows 10's updates that are downloaded whether you want them or not. You can not load the updates to a miniSD card.
Q: Can I upgrade the Ram and Storage on this laptop
A: No. And 32GB eMMC is definitely NOT enough.

A: Yes, you can use this for business applications.

A: The regular ACER warranty sucks. You can find it online. Basically, if you buy it you're stuck with it.

A: Yes its supports Adobe. No Firefox is not installed.
