Very fast! Awesome picture quality when streaming video. It has plenty of memory for all your files.I love the extra features: HDMI, light up keyboard, foldable screen!

I did upgrade/change to a SSD and I am so happy with it! Quiet, fast, cool (as does not heat up). I love my new ACER. Would like it better with built-in DVD/CD burner but got an external version that will have to work.

The computer we got was because it was a decent price and it would do all the things that my daughter needed to have done and a computer. Should be able to use it in her classroom and to do Powerpoints for students.

As always a good experience shopping at Washington Square Best Buy in Beaverton Oregon.. I really needed help in selecting a laptop. I got that and more and I am very happy with the ACER laptop, a brand I wasn't familiar with.

This computer has lit keys which is a nice feature. It is thin and light. It works as well as any Windows 10 computer with similar memory and processing capacity.

This laptop is just what i needed. Its has a great amount of storage and performs well ! The two in one is really cool watching it in tent mode for Netflix. Back lit keyboard is also handy for using it in the dark.

I love this laptop and all the amenities it came with. The touchscreen was very responsive and the computer runs fast. I also like how it didn't give me a problem after it was dropped on hard floor at the airport. Someone in the line got impatient and pushed it over the edge.

My wife and I bought this computer for our daughter for college. So far, it's working really well for her. We liked the features (RAM, backlit keys, hard disk drive space). Set-up was easy and the price was good.

I purchased this Laptop for my daughter and she has been using it very well. The touch screen function with Windows 10 is very easy to use with this laptop. The price was a very good value

Got this for work. It's lightweight enough to carry around for work, with a screen big enough for daily use at the office. No issues so far.

We use to surf the net, play movies, listen to music, store photos. Nothing crazy or advanced. This switches from tablet mode to regular mode with ease. Love the touch screen. Great battery life.

great lap top really fast love the lighted key pad and touch screen wish key pad stay on a little longer would give up some battery life for this.is fast to me as i havent updated in like four years

This laptop is great for schoolwork and is great for lower spec games, but can also run some unexpected games as well. Keyboard is very nice and comfortable for typing. The screen size and 1080p quality is also a big plus for me. Overall a great product.

I love this laptop. I'm a college student and it's perfect for everything. The only complaint I have is the mouse pad sticks so I just bought a wireless mouse so it's not a big deal.

I purchased this Acer computer because it fit my needs and it was on sale for $650. I originally purchased a Lenovo Yoga 715 but had to return it because of some flaws. This one is definitely slower when turning it on but it works and I like it. The keyboard is set up so that there is ease in typing. There is a slot for the larger SD card. There are 3 USB slots. It can be used as a tablet for ease and it also has the feature to write on the screen - but it does not come with a pen. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

1st time user for window 10. Salesperson helped us with all of our questions,put us at ease for using it. Decided to purchase the laptop, got it set up with minimal problems.At this point is working well, still getting used to everything and where everything is located. Had my heart set on another model,but I tend to "study" things way too hard. But after comparing the Acer to the other model I was sold on it. So far so good.......

The laptop is perfect for the price. great speed and plenty of ram with 1tb hdd and mimo wifi radio built in. but win10 is garbage. The display drivers will give you corruption of the graphics on simple window menus. and Windows just can't over the fact that no one gives a flying f#%k about the metro ui. everytime you flip the display to use it in tablet mode, whatever you were doing on the desktop gets blown out by the app menu and if you hit the Windows button to get back…nope just reloads the metro ui!

I got this laptop for work purposes and it serves my needs. It has a nice size screen but isn't too heavy to lug around.
