I really enjoy my new laptop. I've had a couple of occasions where it's locked up, but that could be the number of tabs I have open or my sometimes flaky internet connection. I love the tablet mode, touch screen, beautiful display, and ten key. The touch pad doesn't flake out like my last laptop. It runs rather nicely with the occasional resizing of my screen when I didn't mean to. The sound on this laptop is usable even without headphones! My last laptop was so quiet turned all the way up I needed headphones to watch anything on youtube or netflix. There are so many other functions I wanted that are included on this laptop. It's not a gaming machine, but it's great for video and internet. It also doesn't come with word or excel, but that can be purchased separately.

Plenty of storage, runs many games, good for web surfers

firs thing is first this laptop has a great display...multitasking is no problem..very quite fan...does not heat as much as my previous computer which was a Toshiba...backlit keyboard is comfortable to write on...so far no complaints and no problems well except windows10 which I literally hate...I know some people will have second thoughts before buying this computer because of the name ACER(at least I did) but I would say go for it they did a good job with this one.

This laptop is a great general purpose computer for someone who wants a portable desktop experience. The screen and keyboard are large and comfortable to use. The one drawback out of the box was that boot time was a but lengthy. This was remedied by replacement of the stock hard drive with an SSD. Once this was in (about 20 minutes to replace) boot speeds we're under 20 second s and resume from sleep was almost instantaneous. It is a bit big of you want to travel but for moving around the house the screen and keyboard size are welcome.

This is a great lap top, I personally use it for school and have owned it for over a year. I love how it has great quality when I watch videos or movies on it! It is a bit slow when it starts up, but not too much to be worried about.

I love my new laptop! I was aiming on getting something a little bit smaller but I am glad I did not. The two in one feature is great for when I am studying body parts and the screen is big enough to where I can see the whole picture with out cutting off body parts when I have it on the tablet mode. I like how the screen images does not change when looking at it from a different angle. There's no glare which is great! I would definitely recommend this product to a friend

I was looking for a good laptop with a lot of memory, speed and functionality, this was the perfect fit! It flips into a tablet-like mode and is a touch screen, perfect for presentations and display.

I bought it simply for business purposes as well as some video streaming. The touch screen is very responsive and he screen is full HD. This is a fast and very capable laptop. Highly recommended

Purchased the acer laptop a few months ago. Installed Microsoft suite with no issues. the laptop works great, love the touchscreen and tablet option. Good battery life. Would buy again

I bought for my kids to use for school work. It was very easy to set up and can lock down certain sites to prevent some of their gaming which was a bonus. Lightweight, sleek looking.

Met all our needs. Really like the back lite keyboard. We use the touch screen more than I expected. Battery seems to last a long time.

This has been a very good purchase. The speed is excellent. The site line/visual aspects are very good. It is easy to use and operate. Downloading docs has been quick and easy.

I wanted, and acquired, a laptop computer with a lighted keyboard (important for me), plenty of working memory (I use several pictorial sources at once), and multiple USB ports (because I consult several flashdrives simultaneously). The Acer does not have a disk drive (I bought one separately). It also has a HDMI video output, so I bought a separate HDMI - VGA converter so I can use the older LCD projectors at the colleges and universities where I give my seminars and workshops.

This laptop is perfect for needs, great screen size. Fast and very nice resolution. I mainly use it for media consumption such watching movies and surfacing the web. There's only 2 downsides which are weight and battery life. Which I only got 4 hours off of a full charge. But overall I would recommend this to a friend

So far so good. I have had this computer for about a month and it has lived up to its expectations. It does get a bit hot when running so make sure you have it on a good service. It also freezes up from time to time and for the money I paid for it I expected a little bit of a better performance. However, everything has resolved itself so far and I haven't had any major issues.
