I'm a student, this laptop was purchased for schoolwork and to play The Sims. Associates told me this laptop was more than what I needed to perform these task. This past week was my third exchange of this laptop. It works slower than it should even with the type of hard drive it has. It's annoying and both store associates and customer service have no answer for me me. I think I might giving up.

Just bought this on January 9th of 2017, First thing i do is start the computer up for the first time ever, slow slow on every process, waited about 10 - 15 min for it to start, then it finally started i tried using the internet everything start to slow down and freeze up on me, this got to be the worst laptop i ever bought going to return it tomorrow on January 10th of 2017, Either i got a bad one or this laptop just suck.

I missed the date to return it. The computer is super slow. It takes forever to open new files.
The screen is larger than 15.6 and the device is heavy to carry on.
