I love the laptop/tablet versatility and touchscreen features.

Only had 3 months so far everything works good, fast start up, was highly recommended at Best Buy by 3 sales clerks, the 3 times I went in to look before I bought one. Was looking at HP laptops. So we'll see how long this holds up!

This laptop has served me well over the last 3 and half years. It has much more processing power than I thought and can play modern PC games on low normal settings. I bought it for a reasonable price and it is still providing value to me. The screen is a little dark when watching movies but otherwise it performs excellently.

500 GB solid state drive and 1080P HD screen are a big plus! Just wish the drive and screen were a little bigger.

It's light and easy to use. Windows 10 is definitely a step up from windows 8.

I chose this laptop because of my reliability history with Acer computers. I wanted something smaller than a 15 inch larger than 13 inches. This one is the right size of the right price.

I had this a couple weeks and got a system recovery required message either due to hard drive failure or corrupted OS. Had all the anti virus and protection software plus barely used it. Ended up with a replacement and we will see how that goes. The features to share are great though with the phone apps

This notebook is very light, fast processing, easy to use. Still getting used to Windows 10 but overall the laptop is great.

Lightning fast start up and loads and runs apps very well. Screen is clear and easy to read.

After a month, I am still getting used to a laptop. There are adequate tutorials for both Windows 10 and the Acer. As a complete tech avoider, all I can say is this is a MUCH more pleasurable instrument than my old desktop, but I miss it still. How helpful could this review be? So far, the tablet mode has been the most challenging aspect for this ham-handed senior. I wish the keyboard were backlit. I needed an external mouse to avoid frustration. But, all's good. I made the right decision to go with a 14" screen. I really like the size and weight. Not sophisticated enough to look for more exotic features--YET.. Just remember, Best Buy bugged me for r this review. I did not go for 5 stars as I hardly know what this can do.Call on me in 3 mon ths. Geek Squad was fantastic in getting me started. Best Buy staff was extremely helpful when shopping.

Very nice computer; however shows the hardware glitch commonly.

After months of researching the differences between a hard drive and a SSD, storage and processor speeds. Then considering my actual Use and needs of a new laptop. The this acer has been one of the best investment I've ever made. I have not had a single issue. this review is been made almost a year after my purchase.
