Sound has no quality, very quiet even on the loudest setting. The laptop screen is too bright even on the lowest setting. Mousepad tends to stick in the left corner. TERRIBLE battery life, average of 3 hours.

Bought this as just a basic gaming computer for my Wife to play a few games she wanted to. Performance has been great and can handle games like Sims 4 very well. Over all very pleased!

I've had the Acer Aspire Vero for 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. Three USB ports is nice and lack of bloatware was a bonus. Maybe a little heavy for some but I use it as a desktop replacement so weight and battery life are not issues. Overall a solid everyday PC.

I enjoy this computer. It does all that I need it to. The only downfall I have found is that the battery does not last long. Still very happy with the purchase.

If you have an older computer and looking for an upgrade look no further. This laptop has small differences than several others if you look close: 12th gen i5, 512gb SSD and RAM upgradeable to 20gb. Find this on sale and you won't regret it.

My only issue with this laptop is the poor sound quality. I can barely make out what is being said on videos and zoom classes. It seriously needs improvement! Other than that I have no problems to report. I like the backlit keyboard. I would rate this a 5 if the sound were better.

Loved this laptop. Using for work and amateur video editing. Just about to increase Ram and SSD M.2 for more performance.

It's been working very well for me so far! I got it for college and it's been useful for just about all my needs. The only qualm is the battery life, so keep a charger around at all times.

I work at a school and needed a laptop that did it's job without all the bells and whistles and could withstand an occasional fall. This fit the bill perfectly. The recycled plastic is plasticky but it's solid and stylish and compacts nicely when folding. The size is big but not so bulky that it feels like you're carrying a monolith in your backpack. I didn't need a touch screen and it doesn't have one so acer didn't need to charge me premium for one. Thanks for that! For a personal/work laptop this suits me perfectly and I'm pleased.

Performs as advertised. The reversed R and E keys are not bothersome as others have experienced.
