Can't find a memory card to comply with the comput

The reason for the 3 stars is that we have been unable to find a memory card that will work with it. We want to upgrade the 4 gig to 8 gig.

If i could gove this zero stars i would - i had ro return the forst because it was USED not new. Took it back to best buy and they shipped oit another one. IT WAS USED AND NOT WORKING EITHER!!!!
