Best Buy said they would replace it, but then reneged on that and canceled the shipment of the replacement without telling me. The Chromebook works great other that one unexpected deleting of all my tabs!

Good computer for basic use

The sceen is little dim to me even with the brightness turned all way up. But for the most part its a sold laptop
