The laptop is great! Works well. Plus several perks: included with a Bluetooth mouse, mouse pad & Bluetooth ear buds. Was nicely packaged and fast delivery!

I love my little Chromebook except that the charging cord does not fit all the way into the port. Best Buy said they would replace it, but then reneged on that and canceled the shipment of the replacement without telling me. The Chromebook works great other that one unexpected deleting of all my tabs!
