I had two Samsung Chromebooks before I purchased the Acer Spin 514. I have to say that this is the nicest Chromebook I've ever used or owned. It's much bigger in size, and the screen is much larger than my Samsungs. I really like that my keyboard is a lighted one, and this is also my first touch screen. The battery seems to stay charged for quite a long time, and it has a faster speed than my other Chromebooks!

This is by far the worst computer I’ve owned. This is my second Acer Chromebook and loved the first one, but this is a dud. I’ve had this model for 6 weeks and it’s already frozen and shut itself off twice. When it is running, it’s very slow, takes a long time to start up, and can only handle a few tabs open at a time - even if those are merely word documents. I wish I could return it.

This is a great computer for the price. You can't do better for twice the amount.

My first laptop and I gotta say I love it. Battery life is great. Would recommend to friends family. Backlighting on keyboard is pretty cool

I love my new Acer Chromebook...the movies on Netflix are even clearer than on my laptop...I use it all the time...

Do not buy for anything being basic use. Writing a paper for school? Okay. Watching videos on YouTube etc okay. But anything that puts the least bit of strain on the machine causes it to hang up - literally even some webpages. And not adult pages either (ironically those tend to function just fine) but I digress. I was researching a psychological subject and an simple psychology website makes it freeze. Anything like the app Canva which creates fancy documents will not run well. So yeah, two stars. I was gonna give it one but I thought I was just being petty. Nice screen. USI pen compatible. But for the love of God - get something worth more Ram.

Bought it for son. He says it does what it should, and he really likes using it. So, it's a successful purchase.

Awesome budget laptop for simple tasks ie Youtube, Social Media ext. would be GREAT first computer for kids

Wow!! This is such a great Chromebook! It has everything I need to do any task. The speed and graphics are top notch

Beautiful picture, but the chromebook is a bit heavier than I was expecting. Nice feature is being able to link it to my smartphone. The manual is available online.

This was a replacement for last chromebook and is much improved.

Price is pretty unbeatable. We're really only using it for web browsing and emails. Can't complain!

Not a Mac but surprisingly good (and much cheaper). If you’re looking to web browse, write papers, Excel, PowerPoint, email and other office / high school type work, this is a really good option. 5 stars if you use it for these use cases. Would not recommend for power users (application developers, virtual machine users, gamers, photographers). At this price, the touch screen is a nice touch. Have not had it long enough to attest its durability and longevity.

This is a fast and responsive touch screen 2in1. Have been using it now for several months and no problems yet.

Delivery was on time and very easy set up. This will be a great laptop for my middle schooler!

It functions well, as Chromebooks do. When I opened it for the first time, all I had to do was enter my Google password (no, I'm not going to tell you what it is!) and all of my Google Chrome items were there, from bookmarks to programs. The display is very nice. The volume is adequate for my defective hearing. It has a long time to end of automatic updates from Google.

Loving the ease of use the chrome book has, it really eliminates the unnecessary apps and it really appeals
